The detached house, which can accommodate 4 people, is located in a beautiful garden.
It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and peaceful holiday,
(kitchen with everything you need, fridge, oven, cutlery, dishes, pots, glasses,
sitting room with satellite TV, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
Attached a studio with two single beds, living room and kitchen with everything you need, bathroom with shower and bidet, air conditioning, satellite TV (with separate entrance from the garden)

The house has two terraces: a smaller one with a table and 4 chairs and a 20m2 one with a panoramic view of the sea (400m away as the crow flies) which is accessed from the external spiral staircase. The terrace is equipped with everything you need (it has a table with 4 chairs, an outdoor shower, deck chairs and more.
The house is located in a 400sqm garden with grill attached to the house, olive trees, a beautiful oak on which there is a spectacular cottage.
The parking space is in the garden.

The houses are separated from each other, surrounded by greenery, away from traffic and noise and yet so close to the tourist center, the sea and entertainment.
The two villas are located in the
known tourist center Medulin (Medulin), full of tourist attractions, games for children, entertainment for
adults, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, discos, pharmacies, ATMs, supermarkets and more.

Medulin was once a small fishing village, and today is a modern tourist destination, one of the main representatives of tourism with a lavishly indented coast and beautiful beaches. Lovely hosts and enjoyable stay

Thanks to Guilia & Guido as friendly and generous hosts. The house is small & basic; two small adjoining properties with a bathroom in each, a sun terrace on the room of one of them and an excellent garden with olive trees and a big oak with tree house. There is one other property that shares the garden. My only gripe is that the cooking facilities consist of an underpowered two ring electric stove and tiny oven, so we had to eat out all the time, or live on salads. There's a couple of large supermarkets within very easy walking distance and a 20 minute walk to the sea front

Non torneremo a Medullin

Abbiamo dormito nei due miniappartamenti. Pur avendo pagato 5 notti, abbiamo deciso di trasferirci in altra struttura a Promontore, spiegando le seguenti motivazioni alla host. Medullin è stata una gran delusione, in quanto centro pieno di traffico, spiagge e ambiente rovinati da speculazione edilizia e offerte turistiche dozzinali L' alloggio non ha corrisposto alle ns aspettative, necessita di manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e ristrutturazione. Pulizie non ottimali, presenti ragnatele e muffa. In uno dei due minialloggi si sentiva rumore del traffico e l'' acquaio continuava a gocciolare di notte. Non c' era aria condizionata, ma due rumorosi apparecchi portatili. Comunque il giardino era bello, la struttura circondata da ulivi. Le host molto gentili e ci hanno fornito indicazioni preziosissime per visitare la zona archeologica di Medulin, il parco Kamenjak ,con i punti di ristoro e Grisignana, bellissimi.
