This villa is very beautiful inside and out!
It is surrounded by 300 sqm garden in lawn, with two parking spaces, backyard, outdoor shower and barbecue! On the first floor, there is a living room with dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom equipped with a washing machine. The second floor, bedrooms with air conditioner. There are two bedrooms, one double (where you could put a crib for a baby if needed), bathroom with shower, utility room and loft!
Each bedroom is equipped with a balcony!

"We had a wonderful stay ...

"We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house with our daughters aged 2 and 4 years. The house was pretty child friendly and the garden was fantastic for our lively girls, with the lawn, lemon trees, bougainvilla, large shady palm tree and charming kittens next door. The veranda offered shady cover during the hotter part of the day. We didn't want to hire a car so the location was perfect just 3 mins walk from the beach, cafe, pizzeria and supermarket. The owner was so friendly and helpful and we were blown away by the welcome present of bottle of wine and sardinian bread. We would highly recommend this property."

Schönes Haus in Strandnähe

Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Die Einrichtung war gut. Die Klimaanlage war oft im Einsatz, so dass man gut schlafen konnte. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr umfassend über das Haus, Restaurants, Geschäfte usw informiert. Der Strand in Solanas ist sehr schön und sauber, nur in den Ferien etwas überfüllt. Im Sommer wäre ein Ventilator in den Toiletten ratsam, da es bei Hitze schnell im Haus aufheizt. Man kann gut draußen essen, sollte aber Mückenspray dabei haben.

Einfach traumhaft!

Signore Andrea hat uns die Villa übergeben und uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt! Ein wunderschöner Garten mit Terrasse, ideal zum Ausspannen. Der herrliche Strand mit glasklarem Wasser ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreicht und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wichtig: Überall sind Reservierungen nötig, vor allem am Strand!!! Das Haus ist für max. 4 Personen geeignet, hat ein Wc + Waschbecken und ein Bad mit Dusche (kleine Kabine) und WC. Die Waschmaschine und der Geschirrspüler funktionieren tadellos, Kaffeemschine, Toaster etc alles da, lediglich ein bisschen wenig Löffel waren da ;-). Ein bissl abgewohnt vielleicvht, aber das tut dem Urlaubsfeeling keinen Abbruch! Im Ort ist alles da was man braucht, Cafes, Pizzerien, super Fleischhauer, ein kleiner Supermnarkt, 1 x die Woche Obst-und Gemüsehändler, Apotheke vormittags geöffnet, und vor allem das Familienrestaurant des Vermieters, "Da Barbara" - einfach nur super super gut!!!!

Very nice Property

We have enjoyed it a lot. Andrea has been very helpful with minor issues or questions arising. He provided us as well with many infos about the area/restaurants and beaches. The House is a 5 minute walk away from the very nice Beach of Solanas. Our kids did enjoy the garden as well. Overall we would recommend a stay at this property.
