Feel right at home and relax! Our fully decorated and vacation ready home offers 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths, off street parking and best of all it's beach block. The kitchen has granite tops, stainless steel appliances including washer and dryer. There is 2 flat screen smart TVs with Netflix , Xfinity channels and high speed Internet. Conveniently located a few blocks south of 1st st. bridge for easy access to US 1 and all the shops, or just 2 blocks to the 5 star Marriott beach resort restaurant bar. Just a short walk to the Pompano beach pier and Atlantic Blvd. We also accommodate larger family's with the connecting 2 bedroom 2 bath unit email us for details.

Our professional cleaners take there time and thoroughly clean each unit between guest. This including but not limited to washing all liens, disinfecting all hard services, door knobs, scrubbing appliances, kitchenware, dishes and bathrooms. As well as, changing filters and running commercial Ozone machines when necessary . Access to the unit is not given until the unit is clean.

Wonderful vacation

We had a great vacation here. We have a two year old so we need an extra room so this was perfect. The place was great. Perfectly clean and a great location. My little dogs loved it too. One of our dogs has issues walking on certain floors and he had no issues here which was a relief. :) Communication with Dan was prompt and friendly. We will definitely return again. Thank you Dan.

Nice Apartment

The apartment is lovely and provides an ideal accommodation. The location was perfect, with easy access to supermarkets such as Whole Foods and a plethora of restaurants to choose from. What's more, the beach was only a stone's throw away. One of the standout features of our stay was the host, who went above and beyond to ensure that our time there was nothing short of amazing.

Great value here!

This place was perfect for us! Kids were beyond excited about the short walk to the beach, that on its own made this place worth booking. The laundry room has a wash sink installed making post-beach clean up easy and fast. Place felt clean, safe area, and just enough room for our family. Would absolutely recommend- there’s a lot of bang for your buck with this place.

A week or so before our started, host Dan reached out to me with final reviews for our stay. Excellent communication with Dan. The accommodations were as advertised - actually better- very clean, neat and modern. Being a group aged 61 plus, the location was ideal; quiet but yet an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. This was our first time staying in a VRBO and we were all very pleased with our experience and if all properties are as well maintained as this one, and hosts as accommodating as Dan, we would be delighted to do so again. 5 star stay.

We are from a small family originally from New Jersey. We've always made it a goal to travel to Florida since our youngest child was born. After falling in love with this stunning state, we made the decision to settle down and launch a vacation rental company.
We couldn't resist the gorgeous weather, joyous atmosphere and year around activities. We believe that everyone should experience a vacation in the state with some of the most gorgeous beaches in the world. We take great pride in our cozy beach block rentals and enjoy hosting a memorable vacations for other family's.

This home is really close to the beach but away from the crowds hard to find without being a condo.

What makes this property unique

Great get away. If your looking for a beautiful beach with out the crowds you found it. This beach home offers a home like experience with plenty of parking, everything you'll need for your vacation with out the condo commandos. Just a few blocks south is a more populated beach by Atlantic and A1A were there are some local bars, restaurants and stores.
