It is a detached house renovated in April 2018, within a very quiet urbanization of "menorquín village" type, it has an area of 70 square meters, it consists of two bedrooms, one double (with a double bed), and the other with two single beds. It has a large bathroom, with a large shower, a large living room and kitchen, in the house there is no air conditioning. There is an exclusive garden of the house, of 250 meters, with table and chairs and sunbeds for sunbathing. The house is furnished and perfectly equipped (TV with tdt, wifi, sun loungers, crockery, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven ...). The house is oriented towards the central prairie of the urbanization. The house is very close to the common areas of the urbanization, next to the meadow with swimming pool and 150 meters from the seafront of Cap D'artrutx. The nearest beach (Calan Bosch) is about 700 meters walk from the house. The house is located in a quiet residential area called Cap D'Artrutx, there are only houses around it, and in the marina of Calan Bosch you will find all kinds of services, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical center, car rental and boats, etc.

Lovely little villa - could be great if it was clean

The villa had a lovely outside space. Great access to a beautiful pool. Short taxi to the beach as we had small kids 2 and 4. The only thing that let the villa down was how dirty it was. Such a shame.

Nice villa in a quiet complex.

Villa satisfactory and well equipped apart from not having a kettle, a must for British holiday makers! No air con or mosquito nets, would have appreciated both but it did say no Aircon. Would have been nice to have some information at the villa about how to operate the WiFi ( it was not working on our arrival and we had no idea where the router was). Also might be nice to have some information about the local area and facilities. Bathroom was new and very nice but the water kept escaping from the shower tray which was not deep enough. Wardrobes in bedrooms could do with updating. Oven glove in kitchen would be useful. I hope these comments are useful, we really did have a lovely time.
