Schön mit Einschränkungen

Sehr gute Lage, schöne Wohnung mit sehr schöner Dachterrasse. Aber zu beiden Seiten grenzen nur durch eine dünne Tür getrennt je eine weitere Wohnung an, durch die man alles hört, was bei entsprechenden Nachbarn durchaus zu einem Problem werden kann.

"Posizione strategica della villa, in quanto facilmente raggiungibili a piedi le principali spiagge (volendo con attrezzature e centro per gli sport acquatici), i negozi e alcuni ristoranti. Perfettamente rispondente alle aspettative la casa, tranquilla e panoramica. Molto cortese e disponibile la proprietaria."
