The apartment offers a spacious lounge area with comfy sofas with TV with UK BBC ITV,DVD, CD Hifi system,WIFI INTERNET, leading to a large terrace area with dining for 6 and sun loungers.

Fully fitted kitchen, air con/heating ( meter basis ) there are two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and

also a separate shower & WC. Large swimming pool, with on site facilities, plus sun lounger's in the apartment.

Entrance phone & Gated entrance High security, private car parking facility.

There is plenty to do in the area. Tivoli park for example, which is a centre of entertainment mainly for the young, and a cable car to the top of the mountain, with its wonderful Eagle bird sanctuary. There is also the Aqua park less than 10 mins by taxi. You have the usual beach side entertainment, jet skiing etc.Night life is interesting, with great bars & restaurants to suit any age group. there is a long promenade from the Marina all the way to Torremolinos, which is full of all types of artistry,shops, restaurants & bars.

The World famous Benalmadena Marina,with amazing yachts of all shapes and sizes and daily boat trips down the coast to dolphin watch, or get up close to the marine life at the fantastic Sea World,There are numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment to suit all tastes, or if you prefer hire a car for a drive down the coast.

There are a number of excellent supermarkets, Lidl & SuperSol for all your Self catering needs & a very large Street market on Fridays behind Arroyo train station.

The local train station El Pinnino will take you directly into Malaga for a day at the Piccasso museum & City festivals.

With new express train services to Madrid, Seville, and many other destinations.

This was my first time renting a private apartment and i was very impressed with the standard and comfort of it. The personal touches made it a home from home there was everything you needed and more! The apartment complex was very near to the marina 5-10 minute walk but still pleasantly quiet and peaceful and the grounds and public areas are maintained to a high standard and spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. There is a brilliant supermarket stocking everything you need up the road and to the right and a lot cheaper than the smaller ones on the coastal road. Restaurants around the Harbour are generally quite pricey but the Italian overlooking the harbour is good value and great food. A walk into Arroyo which is up the road and turn right brings lots of nice restaurants, The Wok a fantastic Chinese where you can eat as much as you want for a fixed price is well worth a visit. You can get your food freshly cooked on the grill or in a wok and lots of choice on the buffet also. We went 4 times !!The Vine in Arroya fantastic as is Manolos which is next door. Lots to do in Benalmadena and surrounding areas I wish I was still there!!

Just wanted to say what a fantastic apartment!! We are just back from a 9 night stay (me, my mum, my husband and my 10 yr old daughter) and were so pleased with the apartment. It was spotlessly clean, had absolutely everything you needed and Colin & Lorraine were very helpful. I will definitely be going back next year! Thanks again.

Great family holiday with wife 2 kids

Lovely quiet location half way up the hill from all you would want bars restaurants take aways buses train station supermarket and 24 hr square. Accommodation up market and very clean thanks to Colin & Lorraine who were also extremely informative & helpful. Pool gets busy but it would as so well maintained and life guard on hand. I would recommend it

The Don Joaquin complex is only 15 minutes by taxi from Malaga Airport (cost 25 Euros) Car hire can easily be

arranged with use of your own secure parking area at the apartments The apartment is situated in a quiet old Villa Avenue only 10 minutes walk from The World Famous ‘Puerto Marina‘ where you will find restaurants to suit all tastes, bars to enjoy a lazy drink and music to dance the night away.

The beach is about 15 min walk from the apartment. You are also close to the Aqua park, and Tivoli world, which is an entertainment complex for young people.

There is a regular bus service, bus stop 5 mins walk, which will bring you anywhere from Malaga to Marbella.

Golf: For the golf enthusiast there are plenty of good golf courses close by. there are at least 50 golf courses on the Costa del Sol alone.
