This villa overlooks the beach, river and mountains. From the lounge and the sun terrace you have panoramic views. Enjoy breakfast looking out to sea and along the river with its lush gardens. Sidi Ifni is a small Berber town, in the south of Agadir province, and perfect for sun/beach/activity holidays. This is a modern, comfortable villa built by a Swedish family, just two minutes walk to the beach and five minutes into town. The furnishings are very comfortable and the villa is equipped to a high standard. All together... it's a great place to escape the world and unwind.
The villa is not suitable for very small children. Electric heating is provided but seldom required as there is a temperate climate - almost daily sun and avg daily temp of 23 degrees.
Swimming, surfing, horse-riding and fishing are possible all year round in Sidi Ifni. There is bicycle hire near the house also car hire for touring.
Coastal and hills walks are easy from the villa; there are many paths into the foothills of the Anti-Atlas. Accompanied walks can be arranged.
Reservation is confirmed by 20% deposit. Balance one month before arrival.
Key / security deposit is £100, paid in cash on arrival and returned with the key.
We rented this house in Sidi Ifni for a week. The house is comfortable and very well equipped with all the things you need and is very close to the town centre so everything is in easy walking distance. The flat is located high up on a hill so you can see the sea / beach but unfortunately there is a caravan park which you can see from the windows next to the beach - so not 100% idyllic view.
The town of Sidi Ifni is relaxed and the local people are lovely - everyone was very friendly and it felt very safe to walk around with our 2 children. You can eat very cheaply if you buy food in the market and eating out is also inexpensive.
The owner was very helpful and kind, giving us a guided tour of the town to get our bearings and even invited us to have a drink at his beach house.
The town is also great if you love surfing - as the waves can be huge. There are several surf schools in the town. The beach is nice, but not recommended for swimming, especially for children, as the current is strong and tidal.
We had a lovely holiday in Sidi Ifni and the house is really comfortable and well-equipped. Mustapha (the house manager) is a gem and Moussad (taxi driver) is excellent, so we did not need any further support.
We found people in the town to be very helpful and friendly.
We rented a car for two days and drove out to see an oasis, which was interesting.
Most of the time we spent on the roof and on the beach. Our son went surfing.
It is unusual for me not to have a whole list of ways I would improve holiday accommodation, but this house had everything we needed.
This property is in a perfect location in a quiet area of Sidi Ifni. Over three storeys which includes a sun terrace and conservatory. Sleeping accommodation was very good. Beautifully bright airy rooms with fantastic views. Centerally located with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would certainly recommend it to anybody.
Just back from an autumn break and charmed with this house and Sidi Ifni - quite a find. We opted not to stay in Agadir and are delighted we found somewhere so ‘authentic.’ We loved your neighbour with her goats next door – so kind and friendly even though we didn’t understand a word! The house is very comfortable – the sun-terrace very private. Of course the weather helps. Clive tried his hand at surfing and even managed to stand up occasionally! We ate almost every night at Nomad – great food and Abdullah is another character – Ifni is full of great characters! Thanks for everything…
The house was ideal for our family - two minutes to the beach and safe enough for the kids (13 qnd 10) to go off by themselves.
There's lots of space and very open views. We also spent a lot of time on the roof terrace just sunning. There's everything you need in the kitchen and tables for eating outside and in. But we also used some good local cafes. Mustapha the manager really helped us find our way around - arranged quad bikes and fishing yet he enever got in our way. Thanks Peter - we'll be back!
