Las Jacarandas is a development within Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club. This apartment is on the ground floor with front line golf course views with the Mediterranean beyond ( and North Africa beyond that on a clear day).
Sleeping 4 people the apartment offers :-
Entrance Hall, large Living Room with Dinning area which has two double doors onto the Terrace, where there is more dining furniture.
The Master Bedroom - Large comfortable double bed, spacious wardrobe with safe deposit box and luxurious en-suite bathroom .There are double doors onto the Terrace with sun loungers.
The Guest Bedroom - Twin beds with large built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is next door and offers a hydro massage shower.
The kitchen is spacious, well lit and crammed with every convenience from fast action ceramic hob and fan assisted oven to dishwasher with all the usual small appliances.The laundry room houses washer & dryer, iron & board, drying rack.
We have just returned from our summer holiday at Los Aqueros, and what can I say........ wonderful. This is our second year at the appt and I have already booked to stay for 4 weeks next year. A lovely appt with everything a family needs with all mod cons. We love the location of the appt, making the most of the swimming pool and close by restaurants and convenience of Puerto Banus and Marbella being only a short drive away.
The golf course is great if a bit difficult..... apparently!
Paul is always very helpful both in England and when needed in Spain. The community of Las Jacarandas is also a bonus, there are lots of families who also return each year and we have made some great friends over the years. I can't see us staying anywhere else but here for the foreseeable future.
My husband and I and our two kids (11&2) stayed in Las Jacarandas before but this was the first time in this specific apartment. The apartment was fantastic - beautifully finished and super clean. The location is great by car the golf club and restaurant is 2 mins away, Puerto Banus 5 mins,Marbella 10 mins and Gibraltar 45 mins. The owner was probably the easiest owner I have ever dealt with - very friendly and helpful and replied quickly to any queries including when we arrived in Spain. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and I would be certain my family and I will use it again.
Our family stayed in this little pearl for two weeks. The apartment is spacious, v.clean and well appointed. the added bonus of a private garden and terrace for morning breakfasts or simply relaxing with a bevvy or two in the afternoon sun.
The complex itself was excellent, very picturesque landscaping, freindly neighbours and a cool expansive pool for the odd dip or two. For those with kids there are plenty of families of all ages to occupy their time.
The apartment is a short drive from fantastic beaches, mountain lakes, shopping or world class restaurants, for those sports minded your smack in the middle of two challenging golf courses. I prefer the golf locations to city apartments as it affords a respite from the traffic and noise.
The owner is honest and straightforward, easier to deal with than a hotel.
for a party of four I would have to look hard to find better at this price.
