Hello! I am the owner of this holiday apartment and together with my family I manage all the works related to the property. It's something I do with passion and commitment, taking good care of all the details to ensure my guests a perfect stay.
I would like to reassure travelers about the special attention I have for house cleaning.
Delightful property in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Easy to get to as it is very close to both the airport (15km) and the port (18km) of Olbia. The apartment is located in an elegant apartment complex with a luxurious communal swimming pool. On the first floor, it is newly and tastefully furnished and includes a veranda and a private roof terrace with magnificent views of the sea, the mountains and Tavolara island. Convenient location – within 2/3 km are many top Sardinian beaches (sandy and shallow water or rocky and high water): Cala Brandinchi, Capo Coda Cavallo, Cala Girgolu and its famous pools, Porto Taverna, Punta Molara, Puntaldia, La Cinta, etc. A car is recommended. Very close to the apartment are also sandy beaches with shallow waters which are perfect for children.
Upon request, I can provide high chair and cot for babies, free of charge.
Pets are not allowed.
Linen heating is additional services and is provided only upon request and at an additional cost.
The swimming pool is open from June, 1st to September, 30th.
Within 200 meters you can find: minimarket, pizzerias, restaurants, ice-cream parlor and bar.

Lovely stay in Sardinia

The apartment was exactly as advertised and perfect for our week in Sardinia. We were very lucky with the weather in October and spent every day on one of the many beautiful beaches. Highly recommend snorkelling at the rocky far end of Capo Coda Carvallo beach - saw loads of fish, one very big fish and we saw an octopus on two occasions. The pigs that come on the beach in the evening are amusing too! Can't comment on the pool as this was closed in October (this was clear at time of booking). Lina was very helpful throughout - thanks very much for a lovely stay!

Family summer holiday

This was a great accommodation for our recent family holiday in Sardinia. Lina provided us with good updates prior to us travelling and for getting to the property. The apartment was clean and spacious for the 4 of us and has the added benefit of air conditioning which made a big difference particularly at night. There is a good pool that can be partly seen from the apartment which our 2 boys enjoyed swimming in. A car is a necessity and the village of Monte Petrosu is ideally situated for visiting a number of good beaches within a 15 minute drive. A walk to the nearest mini markets and restaurants takes about 10 minutes from the property. The apartment ticked all the boxes for our stay and I would recommend it to others looking to spend a relaxing week or more on this side of Sardinia.

Monte Petrosu

We returned to this apartment having last stayed there before the pandemic. It is a beautiful, comfortable apartment, spotless and very well equipped for all the obvious holiday needs. Is it set in a very quiet and discreet complex, overlooking the pool. The location is perfect: the nearest beach is within walking distance or a very short car drive and perfect for children. Many other and spectacular beaches are within easy reach by car and generally Monte Petrosu is a perfect spot for exploring the area. Our host Lina was as always very kind, accommodating, and always available and responsive. A faultless host and a great apartment!

Lovely apartment great location

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in Sardinia. Linas apartment was ideal for our family of 5. Everything we needed was there the location was also excellent we visited 10 beaches during our stay and not one more than 15 mins drive away. We will definitely return to Sardinia and to Linas apartment.

Family holiday

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Communication with the owner was excellent. The apartment was clean, well equipped and the pool was not too busy. There are many beautiful beaches nearby and we tried a different one every day. They were all very busy and you have to pay to park at most beaches.
