Charming villa between Arezzo und Cortona in panoramic location. The privately owned is privately owned but not secluded with an enclosed garden and a private swimming pool of 9 x 6m and a covered patio for al fresco dinners. High standard furniture.

You can easily reach the cities of Siena and Florence and Umbria is close as well.

For horseback riding enthusiasts, the fantastic 5 km Arezzo Equestrian Centre

Three nature reserves are only few kilometres from Lignano, hiking in the green Tuscan countryside...a terrace overlooking the Val di Chiana

    Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during high season.
    During mid and low season, we are will to accommodate to your wishes.
