2 minute walk from the Bellevarde and Solaise ski lifts

Overlooking a little stream, our apartment is located at the 'Rond-point des pistes' in Val d'Isère (5 minutes walk from the old village, and 2 minutes walk from Solaise and Bellevarde ski lifts).

You will be charmed by the open view on the mountains (Bellevarde) and 'la face' where the men's descent of the 92 Olympic games took place.

The slopes (300 km !) of the 'Espace Killy' will be your playing field... whether you are fond of skiing, surfing or practicing any other gliding sports.

In the evening, you will enjoy the great atmosphere of the after-ski in one of the numerous bars and restaurants, which will propose you authenticity in a friendly atmosphere.

In the summer, sport addicts and accomplished idlers will enjoy getting a deep breath of fresh air and the endless walking possibilities, mountain-biking or horse riding and much more.

You could enjoy the pleasure of climbing, rafting, playing golf, summer skiing...

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful mountain resorts in France, with its old typical Savoyard chalets around its church, a jewel of the baroque... Val d'Isère will captivate authenticity lovers.

Excellent - highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this chalet. It is perfectly located right on the slopes - you look right up the main run from the living room.

The chalet is in great condition - fantastic living area, lovely fire place, good kitchen and there is even a raclette set.

Pascale was very easy to deal with and took care of the booking and paperwork in a friendly and professional manner.

Val d'Isere is one of my favourite resorts in the French Alps and I will definitely come back to this chalet when I return.

Bel appatement, bien équipé et bien situé

Appartement de qualité, bien équipé, propre et bien situé (remontés mécaniques, bus, bars et restaurants à 50m). Belle vue sur pistes. Parking gratuit possible.

Nous étions un groupe d'amis d'une trentaine d'années.

Pour les amateurs de la Folie douce, un bus passe toute les 5min. pour faire la liaison si vous ne souhaitez pas prendre la dernière remontée mécanique.

You couldn't get much closer to the piste/lifts

We spent Christmas/new year here for the second year running. It is not a swanky new build but a homely apartment with everything you need and a great view up the mountains. The owner is very accommodating and helpful. We like to have some space so there were only 5 of us maximum staying there but it could sleep 7 without using the sofa bed in the lounge, great with children! The kitchen is tiny but well equipped and it even has an nespresso machine...heaven. The bedrooms again aren't massive but the living area is huge and, after a day on the slopes, all you need is a bed and sleep! It was clean and there was a local couple to help if we had any problems, French or Portuguese speakers useful...we had both, but again the owner could help. Next door is a cafe where you can buy baguettes, pastries in the morning, opposite a nice Italian restaurant, but only 5 minutes walk across the slopes to the centre or bus stops outside. We would love to stay here again

Appartement spacieux, très bien situé (à 5 minutes des remontées). Idéal si vous avez des jeunes enfants, le "Village des enfants" est à 10 mètres. Nous étions 8 (6 adultes et 2 enfants), et l'espace était suffisant. Très bien équipé. Situé au rond-point des pistes, au calme dans val d'Isère, tout en étant proche de tout à pied. Vous avez un magasin de ski juste à côté. Je recommande cette location, très bonne literie, bien insonorisé...Parfait !
