  • For a definitive booking of the St Roch farm, we ask you to send us back the contract signed with a 50 percent down payment by cheque or bank transfer. Balance to be paid upon arrival with the 1500€ security deposit.
    Amenities are included in the rate:
    -3 hours of cleaning once a week as well as 8 hours of final cleaning.
    -Cleaning and checking of the quality of the water if the swimming pool every 2 days.
    -Sheets towels and bath towels for 10-11 people.
    -Internet WIFI
  • The arrivals and the inventory and statement of state of repair are done from 5pm on the Saturday afternoon by the owners or an agent.
    The restitution of the rental is done after inventory and statement of state of repair by the owners on Saturday morning at 10am, in order to ensure cleaning between the 2 rentals.
  • Contractual booking deposit: 50% rent
  • Damage deposit: €1,500.00

Ferme St Roch was an idyllic place to spend our 40th anniversary with our family. The historic home is beautiful, with every modern amenity and more! The home is spacious and charming so it was tempting to simply relax there.Ferme St Roch’s location in Robion is the perfect home base to the magical places in Provence. The owner host was extremely helpful and accommodating, making our vacation perfect in every way.

St Roch exceeded our expectations! We rented it with our family and we all fell in love with the house. We had a very good time in this very comfortable restored “mas”. The rooms are not next to each others and everyone has its own privacy, which was really unexpected as we travelled with the whole family. We fell in love with the house but also with the surroundings. Gordes, Menerbes, l’Isle sur la Sorgue, Avignon. There are so many breathtaking villages to discover in the area and we do understand now, why so many people come and live there. We might start thinking about it if we find a house like this farmhouse to buy. Many thanks to Sebastian for his warm welcome and his help throughout our stay.

We had a great time at the St Roch's farmhouse. The place is absolutely gorgeous and so relaxing! The house is very comfortable and each one of the guests has the needed space to enjoy a bit of tranquility. A beautiful region and house! A must ! We definitely recommend it !!!

An unforgettable stay in a superb house

We have enjoyed a wonderful stay in this superb and fully renovated old house. You immediately feel at home when you arrive; Catherine and René Jary did a wonderful job to marry old stones with modern comfort. Luxury is all around in the house but never too much. The living room has a beautiful and large fireplace; during the chilly evenings of April, it was a great place to gather with our family. On warmer evenings we enjoyed very much the courtyard of the house; you can barbeque and enjoy the dinner under the roof of the garden house. Although the fact that this 'mas' is located in the middle of the Robion village, you have full privacy; nobody can look into the garden nor into the house. The access to the house is well secured. Being in the village, you are just a few steps away from some small shops to go and get your foods and drinks. Uou have plenty of choices nearby to go and visit beautiful towns as Orange, Avignon, Gordes and many others. Thanks Catherine and René!
