Very quiet, overlooking the bay of St Tropez and Harbour of Ste Maxime, in the private "domaine du Grand Souleyas", close to the center of Ste Maxime, charming villa with swimming pool 5 X 11 m and panoramic view on the sea. This attractive provençal villa, placed into a beautiful tree and flowered garden mixing provençal and exotic specimen, has 4 bedrooms, including 2 parental suites, for 8 persons. A Balinese exterior design, several spaces of relaxation: straw hut, gazebo, fountains, will allow you a unforgetable stay. A magic place where you can feel at home in an exceptional place. On the ground floor, the villa includes a living room with chimney, a dining room and an equiped kitchen opening both on a pleasant terrace lined by the swimming pool, in front of the sea. Down three steps, you will find three bedrooms opening on the garden, with for each one a specific theme. One of the bedrooms has its personal bathroom and toilet. You find another shower room and separated toilet at this level. On the first floor, a provençal master bedroom, air-conditioned, and its large bathroom with bathtub and shower and a separated toilet. All the bedrooms have secure closing of the window and mosquito net; 3 baby beds and 1 children bed possible . You will appreciate the option of warming swimming pool with its 27° to 30°. A villa that does live up to your expectations

We have rented many places in Sainte Maxime, sadly many were disappointing, the price and publicity were out of step with the actual experience. Villa Zen actually fulfilled our expectations, and gave even more. 5 stars underrate this beautiful property, the attention to detail was amazing. After the first day I contacted the owner to discuss another booking, need I say more!

Lovely villa, wonderful location

Two of us and our dog stayed at Villa Zen for a month in Jan/Feb 2019, with 2 friends joining us for part of the stay. The villa and grounds are lovely and the panoramic views are wonderful. The villa is located on a gated, private domaine which is only a short distance from the beach. We saw one or two people walking up from the beach, but it is a steep climb and part of the way there is no pavement – the road wasn’t busy but this could be different in season. However, it took less than 5 minutes to drive down and park either in the 85 place free car park or on the seafront itself (again free). Dogs aren’t allowed on the beach nearest the villa. The villa garden is large and our dog found plenty to explore (although he was puzzled by the artificial grass to start with). We walked him every day in the forest which is about a 10 minute walk away from the villa. Villa Zen is well-named - there is a wonderful feeling of space and peace, with uninterrupted views of the bay. There are plenty of areas to sit out in the garden and, if there was a large group of you, I think people would be able to ‘get away’ from each other outside. Although there are other villas close by, you are not overlooked. It was also very quiet most of the time – there were a few days when there was tree trimming going on around the domaine and there was some building work on a couple of plots on the domaine but there was no intrusive noise. Sounds travelled up from Sainte Maxime town centre – again not intrusive and it was lovely to hear the church bells. The photos give a true idea of the villa, the surroundings and the views. We regularly rent villas and apartments and this is one of the best equipped and maintained we have come across. Communication with Thierry (the owner) was very good and our damage deposit was returned very quickly. Fleur (the local manager) was responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Zen and were sad to leave – we could happily have stayed for another month! We hope to return - but for longer next time.

Wonderful villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa which is based in a brilliant setting in Sainte Maxime. We comprised two families with four children under 10 - the pool was large and has a great deep end so hours of fun for the kids. The hot tub was also a major added bonus. Outside the villa there were a number of different areas to chill and relax - all made for a great stay. We were also lucky enough to be there on 15 August - the villa provides a brilliant view for the awesome annual Sainte Maxime fireworks. Very impressive. A big thanks to Thierry & Chantal who own the property - great with recommendations (babysitting, taxis, boat trips to) and always ver6 responsive. A great stay all round and somewhere we would thoroughly recommend.

Best ever...

It was an amazing property, which made for an amazing holiday. The pool and view were incredible a The owners were also extremely helpful and helped arranged Taxi's, boats to St Tropez and even a visit to the Dr. We will a 💯 % go back soon.

Superb

Wonderful week in the beautiful Villa Zen. Very well equipped villa,spacious enough for the whole family.Panoramic views. Excellent communication with Thierry ( the owner ) and Sandrine the manager who met us on arrival.Plenty of places to visit but once at the Villa you really don’t want to leave .A car is a must and pool heating ( at an additional cost) is well worth it. We have rented several villas on the Cotes d’azur and this is definitely one of the best.
