This recently refurbished property is located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a prestigious Parisian building. The main room combines modern comfort (TV,DVD), and antique details, such as the decorative original fireplace, mouldings and hardwood floor. During daytime, you will enjoy a spacious living room, which will turn at night time in a comfortable sleeping area with double bed. The open kitchen is fully equipped with: fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and crockery.

The shower is spacious and equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and WC.

Located in a quiet side-street, within walking distance of both Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées and Porte Maillot. This area is very convenient for shopping (stores and supermarket nearby, typical outdoor market on the Rue Poncelet), as well as for going out as it is very close to the Palais des Congrès and many restaurants and well-known Parisian brasseries such as Le Congrès on 80 Avenue de la Grande Armée.

From metro station Argentine, the line 1 (one of the fastest and most modern of the Parisian metro network) will take you within minutes to major areas of interest such as: Champs Elysées, Concorde, Tuileries, Louvre, Hotel de Ville, Marais, Bastille.
