Für 2 Personen perfekt, auch länger

In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt für 2 Personen bestens ausgestattet. Sehr angenehme und freundliche Vermieter, welche vor Ort sind und auf Fragen und Wünsche sofort reagieren. Vielen Dank!

Sehr laut

Mit viel Mühe haben wir die Anschrift gefunden. (2 Stunden SUCHE). Die Ortsangabe wäre viel einfacher wenn das Restaurant A Traineira angegeben würde, es liegt direkt unter dem Appartement. Doch dieses Restaurant war auch das größte Problem. Bei unserer Anreise wurde uns gesagt, das das Restaurant renoviert wird und wir tagsüber mit den Baugeräuschen leben müssten ....tagsüber war gut. Die Arbeiten gingen bis morgens um 3 UHR bohren, flexen, hämmern, usw. Nach 4 Tagen wurde das Lokal wieder Eröffnet. Der Geräuschpegel war schlimm. Bis nachts um 24 Uhr wurden die Stühle und Tische sehr geräuschvoll bewegt...danach wurde die Küche aufgeräumt, Töpfe und Pfannen flogen akustisch durch unsere Wohnung. Das Haus ist so hellhörig, dass man jeden Schritt und Bewegung der Anderen Bewohnern der 10 Appartement live mitbekommt. Aber nun auch noch etwas positives: Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage ist direkt am Meer.Alle sonstigen Angaben des Vermieters treffen voll zu.

Appartement agréable, bien placé avec vue sur l'océan.

Appartement propre, spacieux, agréable à vivre malgré un manque d' insonorisation dans l'immeuble, Il est très bien équipé. Sa situation rend facile les déplacements vers l'aéroport, Funchal et les différents lieux de visite. Le propriétaire, très sympathique, vient vous chercher à l'aéroport et vous y ramène gratuitement. cela est très agréable. C'est un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Ótima localização, lugar calmo, ambiente bem cuidado. Acordar tendo o nascer do sol sobre o Atlântico, não tem preço. Recomendo a quem procura lugar para relaxar

À votre place,les futures locataires ,je serais prudent ,désolé ne vous fiez pas à ces avis ,ils sont peut être pas réels. Pour ma part j'ai reserve en avril 2017 pour 3 mois en janvier,février,mars 2018 j'ai du annuler presque 'aussitot pour ennuis majeurs après avoir verser une avance consequente.Depuis le moment où j'ai fais part de mon obligation d'annuler la résa je n'ai plus eu aucune nouvelle de ces proprietaires et bien sûr plus de nouvelles non plus de mon argent déjà versé . Je pense que ce délai en plus,ne leur a pas porte préjudice ,la preuve en est que pendant cette période ils ont déjà réservés plusieurs semaines . J'aimerais donc récupéré mon du Donc attention avous
