You're just a 5-minute drive to exciting downtown Ruidoso, with great restaurants, pubs, bars, shopping, casinos, hiking trails, horseback riding, skiing, horse racing, from Memorial Day to Labor Day and so much more! Each of the 3 spacious bedrooms provide 2 beds, plenty of closet space, 2 full baths, laundry facilities, open floorplan with combined living-dining-kitchen setup. Cable TV upstairs and downstairs. The decks provide a great space for relaxing and enjoying the views or having a cookout and enjoy the occasional deer that wander on the property. You're going to love it!

Happy New Year vacation

Overall the property had everything that was indicated in the post, really pretty and nest. The only flaws that we experienced were ommunication before check in (instructions) and that the boiler runs out of hot water fast, so only three to four people can take a shower before needing to wait for about 15 to 20 minutes to get hot water once again.

Great VRBO!

Mel was communicative and the home was clean and in a great location. Lots of wildlife in the area, and listen to her recommendation on parking at the top of the driveway! That's a steep one. I'd recommend a stay here!

Great Weekend Getaway

Not disappointed at all! We loved our stay! The views are amazing. The location was perfect by being away from town but still close to town. The house had everything we needed to entertain our family comfortably for a long weekend.
