Ideal budget apartment but with quality furninshing for young people or large families to visit London. Located a few minutes away from the tube station it takes 15 minutes to Central London by Picadilly line.

Completely renovated in 2008, the apartment has everything for a very comfortable stay in London.Many appliances provided.

The apartment is a duplex on 2 levels with all the rooms detached.

Prices very competitive, a few hundred less than similar apartments much smaller advertised in the same area (Bounds Green and Turnpike Lane). Why stay in 1 bedroom when you could have 3 bedrooms cheaper and with a better equiped kitchen and better quality furniture?

A taxi service to and from Stansted and Luton airports is provided 24 hours cheper than pubilc transports. Other freebies provided occasionally, ask the owner.

Small supermarket at the ground floor you don't have to carry many kg of drinks more than 20m.

Lift and security door.

Park, children playgroud and sport centre with tennis courts. athletic track and footbal pitch belogning to local Haringey area is 100m away.Competitions, footbal games occasionaly held there.Free parking is 50-100m away near the tennis courts.

Appartamento in ottima zona molto economica. Dista dalla stazione metro Wood Green circa 10 min a piedi ma è ben servita dal bus W4 in meno di 2 min e dal N29 (notturno) che parte dall'altro capo di Londra e lascia a 2 minuti da casa! Centro commerciale vicinissimo. Internet WiFi 50 Mega! Cucina con ogni elettrodomestico utile, riscaldamento ok, WC ok (manca il bidet: normale in UK). Proprietari disponibilissimi per qualsiasi necessità: seguite i loro consigli! Appartamento in condominio molto silenzioso, ideale per una famiglia che ama la tranquillità e la serietà o un gruppo di amici come punto di appoggio per pranzo/cena + letto.

"Tout était conforme pour cette location, il faut juste passer la surprise liée à l'environnement trés populaire du quartier. Ceci dit, le positionnement (proximité du métro, des bus, du supermarmarché... et de Londres) et la qualité générale du logement ont été appréciés. Par ailleurs, Camelia semble être une femme trés sympathique et trés occupée."

"l'appartement est tres sympa et surtout très propre . Beaucoup de magasin et le métro est à 10 minutes à pieds ainsi que les bus. bon parcontre l'immeuble est très défraîchi et surtout sale au premier abord cela choque ensuite on s'habitue."

"hay ciertos aspectos del anuncio que no son ciertos, no hay pista de tenis, ni parking colectivo, ni muchísimo menos portero; el edificio es de viviendas sociales, está muy sucio, las cocinas ventilan a los pasillos colectivos, el hueco de la escalera y el ascensor huelen fatal, hay telarañas por todas las esquinas y en general el bloque está en muy mal estado, la casa por dentro no está mal, aunque por el anuncio te esperas muchísimo más, desilusiona bastante lo que te encuentras al llegar, la parada de metro está a 15 minutos, pero eso no es lo peor sino que se tarda en llegar en metro entre 30 y 45 minutos, así que se pierde bastante tiempo todos los días en ir y volver, como último dato decir que las fotos están MUY bien tomdas sobre todo la del exterior, en comparación con la realidad."

Owner's Response: "Yes, is public parking just 100 m from the building. There is sport centre and the tennis court near the free parking space, the tennis courts these belongs to all the community. We have cleaner every day for the building. Then why the person doesn't tell you that the tube station also smells, is near the building isn't it or the whole London is not that clean, that doesn't matter, the flat is perfect, very clean and we provide everything somebody needs, even more."
