"Excellente location et vraiment très agréable. Le seul reproche que l'on pourrait faire serait que la mer se trouve à une bonne dizaine de minutes à pied mais qu'une plage digne de ce nom impose de prendre la voiture et de payer le parking (pas obligatoire...mais conseillé). Ce problème est néanmoins largement compensé par une grande piscine surveillée et un cadre vraiment sympathique et calme. Maison très grande avec parking en sous-sol et ne manquant d'absolument rien."

"Il n'y a pas assez de vaisselle, il faudrait un barbecue électrique pour les mois d'été. Comme il n'y a pas d' état des lieux en arrivant et en partant il manque des choses qui étaient détaillées dans le descriptif comme la cafetière. Si l'état des lieux était fait ça éviterait aussi que les nouveaux locataires croisent les anciens locataires alors qu'ils auraient dû quitter la location depuis le matin 10 heures et non à 14 heures et que le ménage soit fait à 16 heures."

Owner's Response: "When he said there wasnt enough crockery, the dishwasher was full of crockery. Unfortunately it was a fault on our cleaners part, that she had run the dishwasher, but forgotten to unload the dishwasher. We have raised this issue with her and she has assured us that it wont happen again! We have ample crockery, both pottery and melamine to cater for a family of 8 persons.

2. We now have an electric BBQ (still have the gas BBQ, but this cannot be used in July and August)

3. We have since typed up a full inventory both in spanish and english which will be sent through to each renter before their holiday (to be translated if need be). There is one also left in our house.

4. We didnt state at any time that we had a coffee maker (because the english dont tend to have the need for these). However we have now purchased both a coffee maker (spanish) and a caffetiere, so we now have 2 coffee makers!!

5. In relation to overlapping with other guests. This should NOT have happened. The previous occupiers were strictly told to vacate the property by 10am (clearly stated in our General Information which was sent out to them with their booking forms and a copy of which is left in our house at all times). Unfortunately the family who were in there had totaly risregarded our request, hence when the cleaners arrived they had to make the guests leave swiftly in order to clean the house. This was something which wouldnt normally happen as clients respect the need to vacate in time for accommodation to be cleaned. I think we were just very unfortunate in this case. In the future with a tight change over we have asked our cleaners to ensure they get to the property by 10am to ensure that the previous guests have vacated and they can then prepare the property for the new guests."
