Les Olieres is in an exceptional location, in a stunning and very unspoilt area of France. The house is surrounded on all sides by miles of wonderful scenery and is very private.

I would recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a complete "getaway".

I would not recommend it to families that are looking for lots of nightlife.

The pool is a real gem, and being heated it was absolutely idealic.
We spent most of our days poolside, enjoying barbeques.
There is a lovely shaded area poolside under arches of Wisteria, should it be too hot!

The local supermarket is about 10 minutes drive from the property in Mayet-de-Montagne, and we found this very well stocked with fresh and frozen produce, as well as wine and beer.

The property was lovely and clean, and the beds very comfortable. We were met by Peter who showed us around the property and left his details should we need anything during our stay.

In de mei vakantie hebben we een fantastische week gehad met onze kinderen in deze prachtige oude boerderij! De ontvangst was zeer gastvrij. De boederij is van alle luxe voorzien,er is een heerlijke grote open keuken, een fijne badkamer, een gezellige woonkamer met houtkachel. We hebben genoten van de omgeving, je kunt er heerlijk wandelen en wielrennen. Door de unieke ligging is er heel veel privacy en kun je de hele dag genieten van het mooie uitzicht.
Alles is zeer goed onderhouden en heel erg schoon. Wij kunnen deze accommodattie van harte aanbevelen!

Alle comfort in de Auvergne.

Wij kijken met veel genoegen terug op ons verblijf op Domaine Les Olieres. Het huis is erg gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is erg mooi, rustig en er zijn genoeg sites te bekijken: o.a. Puy de Dome, Thiers, Vichy en heel dichtbij het klimbos. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw en ook de familie Hiltermann zorgde ervoor dat wij ons heel welkom voelde. Het zwembad is dagelijks bezocht en is heerlijk verwarmd voor de wat frissere dagen. Wij komen graag nog eens terug en raden iedereen die van rust, natuur en comfort houdt, een verblijf op Les Olieres van harte aan!

The region is mountainous, quite rough and unspoiled, with large forest areas and little streams. This area of France is relatively undiscovered by tourists and therefore still quiet and unspoiled.
