Located among the hills in San Miniato (Pisa), just 2km far from the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno highway entrance, scarcely 30mins drive time to the three main cities, a lovely detached 2-storey villa with private swimming-pool (m.7,25 x 4,60x1,40) comprised of the following: satellite TV, washing machine, dish washer, fridge, freeser, heating, 2 bathrooms equipped with shower and bathtub, internet WI-FI.

Villa grillo

Siamo stati benissimo, la villa e' semplicemente perfetta e i propietari sono fantastici, abbiamo gia' pensato di ritornarci il prossimo anno. We have enjioyed our stay at Villa Grillo, the villa is perfect, the owners are fantastic and we have been thinking of going back next year.

A Little Oasis

Everything you could need for a perfectly relaxing holiday in a typically Italian villa. Enza and Gabriella really care about their guests and their property. The accommodation is spotless and extremely well equipped and the outdoor pool and surrounds is equally well maintained. Travel to and from other locations is really quick and easy. Empoli station is ten minutes drive from the property and the train to Florence takes 22 minutes. If in the area again we would definitely rebook. Thank you Enza and Gabriella

Stunning House & Gardens

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The beautiful house was perfect for our group of 7 with more than enough room for everyone. The very large grounds exceeded our expectations with so much space for our kids to run around, a fabulous pool, and several places to sit and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding countryside. This really is an excellent property!

Perfect spot

This is a beautiful, characterful villa, with a decent sized pool and surprisingly large grounds, which somehow manage to be private and yet give a wonderful view of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The location is good, almost midway between Florence and Pisa - and Carlos and Enza made us feel incredibly welcome.
