Newly built, modern, townhouse in a charming, quiet area of the coast surrounded by established villas, gardens and countryside. Stylishly furnished, private garden and terrace and communal pool. Just five minutes walk from the nearest beach. Comfortable with all modern conveniences.
On the ground floor the well equipped, fitted kitchen has modern appliances including a microwave, oven and hob, extractor, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Granite worktops and tiled splash backs throughout. The small utility room has a washing machine. There is also a downstairs, visitors toilet. All the rooms have tiled floors with rugs throughout.
In the living room a large comfortable L-shaped sofa with contemporary coffee table which converts for meals, it also has a TV, DVD player and video with a selection of films. All bedrooms are a good size, equipped with two single beds in each, built in wardrobes and fans.
Would like to say that we had a brilliant time at El Valle de la Perla, the house was very clean and everything was in great condition. All the information provided was most helpful. Don't have any negative comments, the pool was great and only a few steps away from the house.
We would definitely return if staying in the area again.
300 Days of sunshine, lots of great local restaurants with varied cuisine, excellent fish - from great value cafes to upmarket restaurants. Amazing places of historical interest within a couple of hours drive such as Granada, Seville, Antequera and Cordoba. Malaga a short train ride away has fantastic food, fascinating city walks, historic centre, lovely beaches and the newly opened Picasso Museum - well worth a visit.
Torremolinos, nearby has great nightlife. Closer to home Benalmadena Costa has a wide selection of restaurants, bars and a glamorous marina. Arroyo, the nearest town has good shops, restaurants and a famous theme park for children, Tivoli World where cable cars take you to the top of the mountain for walking, views to Gibraltar and Africa and bird of Prey displays. Picturesque mountain village of Mijas, just 15 mins. drive. Marbella, Puerto Banus are a short drive. Gibraltar 45 mins by car. World class golf courses are close by.
