Our cleaning standards have always been very high, even before the emergency of these days (just read our reviews over the years).
In addition to thorough cleaning with disinfectants as per national health directives, we offer our guests the possibility to request a CERTIFIED sterilization with Ozone before your stay.

The apartment is very nice and welcoming, recently renovated and offers all the comforts required by a demanding traveler.

It consists of 1 double bedroom with double bed and wardrobes, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen. A small terrace overlooks peaceful private gardens and allows perfect relaxation after a day out and about in the city.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Venice, 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco, one minute from the vaporetto and the direct connection to the airport. Despite the short distance from the main city attractions, the area is very quiet and "Venetian" with all kinds of shops, supermarket, bank and delicious little touristy restaurants.

Pleasant and comfortable

The property was clean and warm (in winter). Very quiet area. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot. Absolutely fine place to lay your head for a few nights.

Venice trip

The apartment is very central and in a good position to get to everything - We arrived a little early and got lost trying to find our way - however some directions for future guests would be very welcome - The only problem we had in the apartment was the mosquitos as we got bitten a lot and had to shut windows - mosquito screens would help so much - this will be our final trip to Venice as if like myself you have mobility problems it is difficult to get around and negotiate lots of steps.

Our short stay in Cannaregio

We enjoyed very much, our short stay in this apartment. Very quiet neighbourhood but only a reasonable 15 mins walk from most of the main sights. Met by our very helpful host, Elena, at the quayside following our Alilaguna trip over from the airport and taken to our apartment where nothing was too much trouble over our many questions and suggestions for where to go. The air con was a Godsend as it was very hot and humid! Lovely balcony at the back to relax on. This was our second visit to Venice but the first for our daughter (post-A levels treat) and again all boxes ticked. It's well worth buying the one or two day boat passes to get you anywhere in Venice and to the outlying islands such as Murano and the Lido (where we had a lovely swim). Wait until late afternoon/early evening before going up the Campanile - the views are absolutely stunning in the setting sunlight! If you don't like the crowds, just wander along the many narrow streets and canals away from the centre - you will be rewarded with something different to marvel at every corner. Thank you once again to Luisa and Elena for our stay.

Lovely apartment

We stayed for 3 nights at Luisa's apartment and were very impressed.The apartment is well situated, being close to the Vaporetto stop, bars and restaurants and so is the perfect place to stay for a break in Venice. Luisa is the perfect host - really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Inside the apartment, the kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering holiday, the main bedroom is spacious and light, the bathroom is modern and, most importantly, the shower works like a dream. The little balcony is an extra bonus and on a warm day the ideal spot for coffee or wine or an Aperol spritz! We would definitely recommend Luisa's apartment and very much hope to return.
