Location is right on Bourbon Street

Upside to the property: Location, Location, Location, that being said, it is wise to bring ear plugs for when it gets really rowdy outside so that you can have a good nights sleep. Downside to property: elevator does not work that is nearest the apartment, so if you drive be prepared to carry suitcases up a flight of stairs. Table is broken, toilet runs and apartment needs some minor repairs completed. Not enough for me not to stay there is I decided to visit again.

Great location

The property is great and has a variety of condos to suit different needs. One group of family members stayed in another condo at the same property. We picked this property because it didn't have any stairs inside so our granddaughter could crawl around without running into stairs.

Amazing experience - so close to all of the action!

Larry was an awesome property manager. He was so communicative and helpful. Gave great recommendations. We loved being so close to Bourbon St and felt very safe in the unit. It was very clean and the check-in process went very smoothly. We will be back!!

Not Sure I'd do it again

The apartment was okay. It was not the one listed on VRBO that I paid for though, the parking garage cost over $200 and I was told it would be $87 for the total of our stay, the bathroom only had one working light bulb, there was a leak in the window in the bedroom, and the elevator was broken and we were on the 5th floor. The property owner also does not communicate via VRBO or text or listen to voicemails.
