Ferienhaus mit Charme

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit 3 Doppelbetten für insgesamt 6 Personen und einem Etagenbett für 2 Kinder bis 10 Jahre. Es besteht aus einem Haupthaus mit Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer, Bad mit Dusche, Toilette und 2 Zimmern, in einer Dependance liegen 2 weitere Zimmer mit Bad und WC. Zwischen beiden Häusern eine Terasse mit Tisch, 6 Stühlen und Sonnenschirm und 2 Sonnenliegen. Das Ferienhaus liegt am Beginn der Einkaufsstraße von Saint-Trojan-les-Bains, trotzdem ruhig und dank des kleinen blühenden Gartens auch idyllisch. Hier mangelt es an nichts, die Kü he ist bestens ausgestattet, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind fußläufig in 3 Minuten zu erreichen, zum Petit Plage läuft man 10 Minuten. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke.

Un havre en bord de mer ...

Touristes en quête d'animations, de fonds sonores et d'agitation, passez votre chemin ! Nous voici installés à St Trojan dans une jolie charentaise, confortable et pleine de charme. Une spectaculaire glycine à l'entrée nous accueille ainsi qu'un joli fouillis fleuri dans le jardin. Mobilier, tableaux de famille, tout ici respire une qualité de vie et de bien être. La maison est très bien pensée, modulable avec ses deux unités d'habitation, elle allie à l'esthétique et au sens du détail, sans trop de contraintes toutefois, un très bon niveau d'équipement. Commerces, restaurants, marché sont à proximité, La mer est toute proche, plages et forêts qui bordent ce secteur protégé de l'île sont vite rejoints à bicyclette. de nombreux parkings se trouvent à proximité, mais il est aussi possible (probablement selon la saison) de laisser tout simplement sa voiture dans la rue en face de la maison. Un havre singulier et accueillant en bord de mer dans lequel on s'installe comme chez soi !

Confortable en plein cœur de village

A proximité de tous commerces du Centre village très calme de saint trojan, une maison très confortable très bien équipée pour séjourner sur l’île comme si on était chez soi.
