Apartment, peaceful setting near the beach (250m), lots of light, complete privacy—no overlook, with a gorgeous panoramic view of vineyards and mountains. Living room with large picture windows overlooking large terrace (40m2) full sun, partly covered, featuring Mediterranean plants, outdoor living room, and chaise lounges.

Very comfortable air-conditioned apartment, nicely equipped with appliances. WiFi available. Private parking reserved for renter.

Accommodation located on a dead-end road with very little auto traffic. Road crosses vineyards, leading to hiking trails overlooking bay of Collioure on one side (map available from owner). On the other side, the beach just 250m away, 10 minute walk to center of village. Bars, restaurants and shops just 200m from apartment: bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, anchovy shop, news stand…No car necessary, everything you need is nearby.

Green, peaceful rural setting. Quiet road, pleasant walk to beach, harbor and village. Gorgeous view of Fort St. Elme and old windmill from entrance.

Renters are personally welcomed.

Important: departure and arrival dates flexible only from late October to early May. Otherwise arrival and departure on Saturday only. Contact owner.
