Located in a quiet location but close to all amenities, ideal for families

Excellent second floor apartment, built in 2003. Minutes from a wide sandy beach, fronted by a new promenade. Shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, taxis - all within a few minutes walk. There are swimming and paddling pools in the complex.It is a quiet location, near La Colina/behind Playamar beach. We have air conditioning/heating; there are lifts and for those who hire a car there is a private underground parking space as well as ample roadside parking. The apartment is located in a green zone with a nine hole golf course newly opened immediately behind. This is an ideal family location and we have many satisfied visitors who are happy to return again.

There are three bedrooms: master bedroom with a super king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. there are two twin rooms and a separate shower room. all bedrooms have large built in wardrobes and drawers. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a separate laundry room. We provide a travel cot and high chair for those with very young children. The apartment is located in a very pleasant Spanish family area with local school and amenities very close by.

I was born in the UK to a Mauritian family so I have quite a wide cultural background and a love of the warmth! I work full-time in technology and like time with my family and friends whenever the pressures of daily work allow. My apartment is a great place to relax with the family and to have fun.

I bought this apartment as a home for my retirement as it is spacious, well located and has elevators, beautiful gardens and swimming pools. I even have access to a gym and tennis to keep me fit! Beautifully fitted with built in wardrobes and all kitchen comforts, it is easy to manage and enjoy. The great sunshine and temperatures, and the wonderful mountain scenery in the region was a great attraction. Being located so close to Malaga airport, it is only minutes away in a taxi. With underground garaging as well, the perfect location for family to visit from elsewhere in Europe. Perfection.

Such a beautifull apartment

The apartment was very good. It was clean and there was everything we needed. We liked the furniture and the bedrooms were very beautifull. The environment is quiet and one can walk to the beach, to the stores and to the trainstation.
The only thing we have to say is that one can hear all the noices in the building, that's a pity. We were lucky, that the neighbours were quiet people, just like us.
We had a very good time in the apartment.

family holiday stay august 2014

Myself and my 3 children have just returned from our stay and we had a lovely time. We were met on arrival and shown around the apartment. The beach front is approx 5 minute walk where there are lots of spanish and english restaurants, shops and the beach is fantastic with lots of water sports and fun available. There are also 2 large supermarkets to get your groceries from both walking distance. The weather was fabulous and the swimming pools were lovely and clean and quieter in the mornings getting busier later on in the day. I would recommend the apartment to any of my friends and is ideal for families or couples.

Clean, spacious, well equipped apartment

The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, air-conditioning. TV with satellite and wifi included.

Well decorated and maintained. The security in the apartment block was good.

We were met by the agent at the apartment and shown how things work. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby - about a 15 minute walk. Taxi into central Torremolinos about €7 and a pleasant walk back through the shops and along the seafront.

Pools were lovely but lack of loos near to the pool means going back to apartment every time - not necessarily convenient with young children. No sunbeds provided but cheap ones or lilos available from nearby shops.

Altogether a lovely holiday with my grown up daughters. I would definitely go back.

this property can not fail to please modern very well maintained every thing there that you need for comfortable stay .so close to everything .a new golf course and driving range yards away.my wife and i have been fortunate to meet ross and andrew the owners genuine lovely couple more like friends now we go a few times a year would not stay anywhere else the meet and greet service run by isabel is second to none a lovely lady thanks againe ross for the use of your lovely spanish home see you soon ronnie and susan

Just 10 minutes taxi ride from Malaga airport and a ten minute walk away from the nearest coastal line railway station, and just over a kilometre to the nearest motorway junction.

Everything is on the doorstep: no need for a car. Minutes from a really great beach with areas of palm trees and friendly beach bars and eating places. The local supermarkets are excellent. There is a railway station close by as well as taxis and buses. The tourist information centre is a short walk down the promenade, providing information on the plentiful things to do in the area: aquaparks, local trips to beauty spots such as the caves at Nerja, visits to the Pablo Picasso museum in Malaga, or even a trip to the Alhambra palace. There is a 9 hole golf course and academy straight across the road - it is the view from the kitchen window!
