Our remodeled 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo is a stand-out in Desert Falls. From our 1814 square foot condo, you can walk out the shutters & sliding door to the big, beautiful patio, which is just a few steps from the largest pool in Desert Falls Country Club.
Our unit is located in a very quiet peaceful area in the interior circle of the golf course not near any exterior road. The pool and hot tub are fantastic, being the largest in the complex they are peaceful with plenty of room. Our patio faces East for lovely morning sun, views of palm trees, the pool, citrus trees and incredible blue skies beyond.

We have remodeled our kitchen with new granite countertops, large double sinks and stainless steel appliances.

Our living room has a 50-inch plasma TV and brand new luxurious furniture. Enjoy our leather recliner or relax on one of the new sofas or the comfy upholstered chair while watching cable television. All 3 bedrooms are also equipped with TVs and the front Den/Bedroom with a DVD player.

The large Master Bedroom has a new king bed, walk-in closet and ensuite, complete with a large tub, double vanities and walk-in shower. A Guest Bedroom suite offers a queen bed, walk-in closet and a full ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom, with twin beds, doubles as a den with a television. An additional half bath is located down the hall. The laundry room, with washer and dryer, offer added convenience. There is also a 2 car garage.

Our place is GREAT for families as we have 4 nice bikes you can use as well as lots of games for indoors and out.

In addition to the many amenities provided by this first class accommodation, the Desert Falls CC Complex has much to offer with its 25 swimming pools and Jacuzzis and a magnificent clubhouse complex that is fully accessible to guests. This includes free use of 9 lighted tennis courts, a fitness center with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, pro shops and a friendly restaurant/bar. The golf course at Desert Falls CC is a 7000 yard, par 72 championship venue with full driving range, massive putting green and designated chipping area - Additional fees apply for golf.
