One of four units in the Seward Square Rowhouse, Unit 3 is located on the top level and comfortably sleeps 6 adults with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Professionally furnished by interior designers, the unit features a fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, carrera marble countertops and top of the line KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, and spa-like bathrooms that showcase glass showers and custom tile work. A washer & dryer and 60' LED HDTV with cable and high-speed wireless internet complete the interior living space, while a large deck off the living area provides a much coveted outdoor living space and more room for entertaining.

Located in the center of historic Capitol Hill, the Seward Square Rowhouse is within walking distance of everything you need and want to see. The residents here are a tight-knit group comprised mostly of families who possess a strong sense of community. Nestled within the long rows of neighborhood homes you will find pockets of excitement ranging from a multitude of eating establishments to DC's only remaining original public produce market, known as Eastern Market. And of course it's extremely close proximity to the Capitol and various Smithsonian museums puts you literally at the doorstep of our nation's history. It is an absolutely wonderful location for both residents and visitors alike!

What makes this townhome unique

No expense was spared in the complete refurbishment of this house. You will be staying in a historic home complete with modern amenities--1880's on the outside and 2010's on the inside! Location-wise everything you need (restaurants, groceries, shopping, Metro) and everything you want to see (Capitol, Library of Congress, National Mall, Eastern Market, Barracks Row, Smithsonian museums) are just a few blocks away and within easy walking distance. Live amongst the locals and truly feel at home during your visit!

Great place in Capitol Hill.

The apartment has a great location in Capitol Hill. It is close to the metro if you do not have a car. We had a car and we're always able to park with in a couple of blocks of the house. The apartment has everything you might need for an extended stay. We will absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Space, perfect location!

My wife and our two nieces recently stayed here and were extremely satisfied with our experience and the value of the unit. The house and the unit are beautiful, well-kept, and well-cleaned. Best of all, is the extremely central location to the Mall. It's a five-minute stroll to the Library of Congress and the Capitol Building! Access was very easy and communication with the property manager was excellent. Also, the unit includes access to a parking pass for the neighborhood which made parking extremely easy. I will definitely book this unit again for my next stay in Washington!

Our entire family was thrilled with this selection. The property was beautifully decorated, quiet, safe, easy to access, etc. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Honestly, the entire family enjoyed everything about this unit and I would go out of my way to rent from this owner. You will not be disappointed with this selection!

This is a beautiful property, nicely designed with 2 bedrooms (one a good size, the other a bit tight), a full kitchen opening into a comfortable living room and dining area. There is also a lovely deck off the living room which must be a wonderful extension of the living room in warmer weather. The property is across the street from a quiet square, very close to Eastern Market, a short walk to the Mall, and in a very safe feeling neighborhood. We'll stay again!

Lovely 2 bed unit in a great location. Only a mile's walk to Capitol Hill and the Smithsonian museums. Restaurants and a little grocery store nearby. The metro is close as well if you want to go further afield.

Stayed for 4 nights and could not ask for anything more. The unit is beautiful even had a deck. Located in a safe neighborhood close to the Capital and Eastern Market. Don't hesitate. We've rented from this owner before and he is A+++

If I had one minor suggestion increase the temperature in the hot water heater.
