Equipment: every suite (apartment A2 person; apartment A4 person; House A6+1 person) air-conditioned; has garage or the parking area; a private beach, heated open pool (12x6 the meter) with reverse swimming and a jacuzzi, massage; Roman scales and underwater light; large terrace (11 m2 +) with a gorgeous view on the pool, sea and islands; possibility to tie Your boat or rent our boat, grill, Internet connection to surf the net and check e-mail, a washing machine…

House A6+1 person-:130m2, two floors; on the first floor is the daily room with the kitchen, WC, pantry and large terrace.

Sport and entertainments: In the direct closeness, possibility to use the ground for football, basketball, tennis, mini golf; sailing on board and driving a motor scooter on the sea; different kinds of child contents; in the evening the departure to the neighbouring restaurant and a dance club; family excursion trip with the lighter on neighbouring islands with the escort or without with the overpayment. Distance FKK beaches 500m.

It is the small town of 12000 inhabitants and it is the centre of micro-region covering 250 km2. The coastline of Trogir comprises 20 islands and districts Seget, Marina and Okrug.

Most beautifully places

Dear Denis,
Villa marija is one of the most beautifully places we had ever been. The appartemnent is spacious and good arranged. The location of your house is just wonderful. I can sit at the balcony and admire the view for 24 hours the day. It's heavenly. I can't got enough about the superb landscape arround your house and certainly also the historically ancient cities of Trogir and Split.
The water of the sea was very clean and it makes a lot of fun to swim in this blue sea.
We all, Heidrun, Sigrid and I - Kalle anyway, we all fell very well. You are a very friendly and cannier host and your family very nice people. The fish you have made was very delicious. Little problems with the bones but the taste of the fish compensate that all.
The only little problems we had, was the sun, but therefor your not the correct counterpart.
In all we have had very beautifully and peacefully holidays. We thank you about that and we certain think we will see you at a future time.

Beautiful holiday house with the amazing view

Hi Denis and Anka. We got home safely after a long journey. We were very sad, to have to leave the beautiful holiday house with the amazing view !!We really enjoyed our stay, the view and off course your great hospitality.Lucy sends a big cuddle and many kisses, she really enjoyed the swimming pool and having you two around.
