South-east facing. Very commercial street: bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, café, drycleaner's, creperie, pizzeria and doctor's surgery. Water and electric are included. There is garden furniture in the courtyard where you can enjoy an aperitif or a meal in the sun or in the shade of the awning. The fantastic location means that you can access many places on foot (beach, auctions, harbour, promenade!) The car can be left in the garage!

Nearest Ferry : roscoff at 120 Kilometres
Nearest Train : quimper at 23 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway : pont-l'abbé (4voies) at 5 Kilometres

Loctudy is 3 miles from Pont-L'Abbé and 15 miles from Quimper. It is easily reached by taking a train to Quimper and then the "pen ar bed" coach, which for 2 Euros will drop you off at the end of Rue du Port, 100m from the house. To get there by plane, fly to Qimper Pluguffant airport and then take a taxi or the coach! The thermal spa in Bénedet is just over half a mile away as the crow flies and 20 min in the car.
