About this property

While having kept its local architecture, this small fisherman's house, which was completely renovated, is located 5 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes from the beach as the town center including the open market every day in summer .
This house on one level has a living area of 60 m2, with a stay of 15 m2 with kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140, 1 room with 2 beds 90, bathroom with walk-in shower, and separate toilet. Electric heating pleasantly full comfort. A garden of 200 m2 with lawn and shady mimosa and a small very sheltered courtyard. The set is fully fenced.
Although large, the garage can not accept a car over 1. 70m tall.
Optionally, it is possible to rent linens, towels and toiletries.

Un gite plein de charme

Un gite plein de charme tres bien entretenu et bien équipé ,bon emplacement commerces proches ainsi que le bord de mer. Le jardin sans vis à vis offre barbecue et chaises longues ce qui est tres appreciable. Les hotes sont charmants et a l’ecoute de leurs locataires …nous reviendrons

Une semaine pour se ressourcer

La maison est très propre et très fonctionnelle, située à proximité du port de plaisance et du centre du bourg à pied. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Séjour très agréable (avec le soleil en continu) et reposant hors saison d’été.

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Jardin très vert, repas sous un figuier magnifique. Véranda agréable et pratique, très bon matelas 140, douche italienne très sympa, connexion internet au top, garage et ce n'est pas négligeable.
