The sunsets, cool breezes, the flora in a beautiful botanical setting, a well supplied house and pool area - all make for a perfect vacation setting. We stayed at Too Much Nice in late October and found this small island offered everything we needed in terms of supplies, services and dining - and more. We had daily adventures in our rented Suzuki jeep which was waiting for us at the house. The Charlestown ferry to St. Kitts was easy to navigate. We enjoyed Nevis restaurants, beaches, museums and restored plantations which offered fine dining and excellent seafood in spectacular surroundings. We did learn it is wise to scout for routes to museums, restaurants, etc. as signage is not always perfect. One has to have a sense of adventure. We highly recommend Chrisi's (on the beach) and Lime (steel drums on Friday evening) for places close to "home." All said, the simple pleasures abound right in this home - observing tiny, scurrying lizards, incredible, mesmerizing sunsets, refreshing pool in the evening, a well planned kitchen and breakfast on the patio with local foods.....it truly was Too Much Nice. We only wish we'd had more time on Nevis.
