An ideal festive and restful holiday.

- Villa Nicoise of character of Standing (7 persons) with a very neat decoration and noble materials: a lot of charm.
- Large 40m² living room, leather sofas 'Ligne Roset', recently tuned quality piano, independent TV lounge.
- Very quiet environment. South facing. Large garden.
- Splendid swimming pool 12m x 6m secure and illuminated with fountain and teak beach.

- 15mn from the center of Nice, 15mn from the beach and tourist activities, but also in the heart of the vineyards of Nice AOC Bellet, (wine tasting in the cellars of Bellet).

- Iyengar yoga classes at home on reservation.

A wonderful holiday

We loved staying at Marie and Didier’s property. We were really surprised at how accurate the photos were: the villa is beautiful. It is a short drive from Nice but includes some winding roads up some steep hills. This would not deter us from visiting again, however. The property is fantastic and has everything you could need; even toys for our children. The outside area is just perfect - a covered dining table, excellent corner sofa and a wonderful refreshing pool. I would recommend renting a car so that you can travel around and go to the nearby supermarkets (within 15 minutes). The villa doesn’t have air conditioning but this is common in France. As hosts Marie and Didier were most welcoming; providing an arrival snack and always assisted us quickly with any questions we had. Would certainly recommend this as a great holiday location.

Family Holiday

Excellent hideaway in a quiet location with convenient links to the whole region. We loved the outdoor hosting and pool area. The villa was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed, including baby equipment available. The pool was lovely and very clean! Highly recommend Marie and this villa Thanks again, Chris & Jade Laird

Perfect!

Tres agréable villa avec une fantastique piscine

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la cuisine est très bien équipée, et ouverte sur l extérieur, ce qui est tres agréable. La belle hauteur sous plafond des chambres, est très appréciable en plein été. Quelques boîtes sont disponibles à l arrivée, ce qui permet de pouvoir passer une première soirée. La piscine est le point fort, de taille confortable avec un carré peut profond, ce qui a donné lieu à des jeux de ballon quotidien avec les enfants ! La température qui reste à 30°, nous a également permis de faire des baignades nocturnes. C est une villa dans laquelle nous pourrions retourner avec plaisir.
