From the stairs you enter a large covered veranda (25 square meters) with a view: sea, temples, street Alceste and extensive private gardens. The veranda leads into a large hall where is this: double sofa bed, TV, table, chairs and bookcase. The hall is connected to the well-appointed kitchen with a window on the porch 3 bedrooms, large living room, large kitchen, bathroom with shower, large veranda and 2 balconies with sea view, easy parking, furnished and equipped with every necessary service.

Vacanza con famiglia

Siamo stati molto bene nell appartamento, nonostante le temperature tropicali l appartamento era sempre ben ventilato. Le foto corrispondono alla realtà ma non rendono giustizia alla bellezza della casa che è luminosa, spaziosa, arieggiata, con vista mare e in posizione comoda a tutti i servizi. Il terrazzo è ampio e attrezzato per cenare/pranzare all'aperto. L'host sig. FRANCESCO e la moglie sono stati presenti e disponibili per ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio di biancheria che ci è stato fornita come nelle migliori strutture alberghiere. Cucina attrezzata e tutto molto pulito.

Perfetto anche per soggiorni medio lunghi

Le foto non rendono assolutamente giustizia alla casa: è spaziosa, luminosa e molto ventilata grazie alla doppia esposizione. Le due camere possono alloggiare quattro/cinque persone perché ci sono un letto matrimoniale standard in una stanza e un letto matrimoniale francese e un letto singolo nell'altra. La cucina è fornita di tutto, ci sono la lavatrice (nuova) e addirittura asse e ferro da stiro. La vera ricchezza della casa sono il balcone delle camere -da cui si vede il mare- e il terrazzo su cui affaccia la porta di ingresso, che è grande e perfetto per pranzare e cenare fuori. Ci sono due piani di scale da fare, larghi e comodi. La posizione è ottima: lontana dai locali più rumorosi (anche se con le finestre aperte la sera si sente ovviamente la vita del paese) ma si possono raggiungere a piedi sia la spiaggia del paese sia ristoranti, bar e un supermercato in dieci minuti circa. Il proprietario è gentile e sollecito, disponibile per tutte le necessità: un vero gentiluomo!

Ferienappartement Selinunte

Objekt hat einen Super Blick aufs Meer über die Nachbarhäuser. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Samstag Abend ging das Gas aus, 15 Minuten später war Ersatz da!! Die Einrichtung ist veraltet und könnte eine Überholung gebrauchen (Küche, Sofa und Matratze Ehebett). Aber es ist den Preis wert. Supermarkt und Strand (Hafenpromenade) sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Ebenso die Tempelanlage. Für Ausflüge ist ein Mietwagen empfehelenswert. Scönster Aussichtspunkt ist Bar Obefe bei Giovanni.
