The chalet is located in Pra Loup, Alpes de Haute Provence, at an altitude of 1550 m, at the gateway to the Mercantour National Park. It's 500 m from the Molanès gondola (ESF lessons), 1.5 km from the resort center and 8 km from Barcelonnette. It's a family chalet designed for the pleasure of being together, with great comfort in a magnificent setting with exceptional views over the valley and mountains. The night sky is magnificent.

The surface area is 100 m2. The chalet has a 2-star rating. It sleeps 12 comfortably in 5 bedrooms: 3 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds, 1 with 4 single beds. Living room, well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two large sunny balconies, a lawn and a large outdoor wooden terrace, on a plot of 800 m2. There are 3 parking spaces 10 meters from the chalet door.
