Our home will rent for $4000 per month during the Fall and Winter seasons and $5000 per month for a 3 to 6 month lease starting in April. Utilities are included in the cost of rental!
The home has an incredible view in that it is on the Chester River. There is a dock, but the lift is not available for a renter. There is a great, newly redone, screened in porch off of the master BR and living room. Additionally there is a great room with kitchen, TV area and dining room. There is also a powder room just off the TV area. There would be a one car garage. In the Master BR area there are 2 separate full baths and walk in closet. Upstairs there are two BRs with 2 twins in each and these share one full bath. Also upstairs there is a large separate BR with a Queen bed and full bath (bath tub with a shower spray; you can't stand up and take a shower because of a slanted wall.
Again, the view is just wonderful!!
Living in Chestertown is a joy! There are many very good restaurants in town as well as in neighboring areas. Having Washington College in C-Town affords you the opportunity to partake in many cultural events, etc.
When you are ready for a little road trip, Annapolis is only about 45 minutes away and Baltimore is about an hour. These cities offer multitudes of activities!
The Spring, Summer and Falls are especially spectacular. If you like the water, golf, cycling, etc., you can not do better than Chestertown.
Having grown up there, I can be a wealth of knowledge to make your stay very special.
