About owner/property manager
We live next door to this property. We're a family of 5 with 3 children. David is a master wood craftsman who is self employed. He builds outdoor spaces in the mid south. I'm originally from the Oxford, Mississippi area and Ole Miss graduate. Now, I'm a busy mom and artist at heart.
owner/property manager purchased this cottage in 2012
Why owner/property manager chose Mississippi
We purchased this beautiful cottage because it was next door to us. It has a beautiful back yard and I loved the giant Magnolia tree (; however, I could not see all of it because of the fence at the property line. Also, having children, we wanted to ensure who our neighbors were! We knew we would love having the extra yard for entertaining. David remodeled the cottage himself and we furnished and decorated with sentimental items.
What makes this cottage unique
It's close to everywhere.. Oxford, Memphis, Tupelo. It's located in the Holly Springs historic district. Many historic homes to see in Holly Springs and Civil War history. The cottage is a romantic, tranquil space for relaxing. The warm, inviting rooms are perfect for reading and quiet time. Plan a romantic dinner in the formal dining room or sit on the patio with cocktails while grilling.
