This is a peaceful and quiet place, away from the noise of the city, but only five to ten minutes from one of the main arteries of Malaga, close to the beaches which have places where you can play beach volleyball and football, as well as an area of typical fish restaurants.Only 15 minutes from the historical, commercial and cultural centre of the city. The city of Malaga is an outbreak of colour, light, music and joy when their celebrations of Carnivals, Holy Week, Festivity of San Juan, Festivity of Our Lady Virgen del Carmen, Malaga Fair, City's Patron Saints' Days, Christmas are celebrated. And in where their folkloric gastronomy (tapas), customs and traditions like the flamenco one can be known first hand.

A fast and easy access to the Barcelona-Cadiz freeway, which allows you to visit the surrounding villages of our province (Ronda, Nerja, Marbella, Antequera, etc.) and also Granada, Córdoba, Sevilla and Cádiz.

A FANTASTIC HOLIDAY

Friends at work strongly recommended this house for a vacation with kids if we were going to Andalusia. They could not have been more right. Property was the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the sports with the kids. Country walks, tennis, and long hours sunbathing at the terrace close the BBQ. Malaga city is very welcoming and nice, and very close! There's always a good atmosphere in the streets. Their villages have amazing views and landscapes, great food, friendly people and the wines!! The property was gorgeous and more than we could have hoped for. Mathilde & Juan Carlo were hospitable, generous and extremely helpful. Thank you so much.

We have had a great time at the Finca! Enjoyed every minute. The hosts were extremely friendly and caring.
The house had 99% privacy although it was a part of the landlords house. But with a private terrace and entree this really works out perfect. The views were outstanding.
Really quiet and still only 15 minutes drive to Malaga center!

un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé un merveilleux sejour dans ce lieu magique.

Nous sommes un couple avec 2 enfants (12 et 4 ans) et nous recherchions surtout un endroit securisé au niveau de la terasse et de la piscine.

Le logement est vraiment ideal, car la terrasse de 80m2 est fermee et la piscine possede une patageoire tres pratique pour les petits...et les parents.

L'acceuil est chaleureux de la famille residente et trés discrete. nous n'avons pas de vis à vis avec les 2 autres logements, ce qui est parfait.

Le placement de la maison par rapport à malaga est ideal. Vous etes sur une colline donc en retrait du bruit de la ville avec une vue sur la mer (pour notre logement pas les autres) et sur la montagne.
on est à 5 min en voiture de la plage et à 10 min du centre historique de malaga incroyable !! en plus les infrastructures routieres sont parfaites, pas de bouchon.
Pour la chaleur, comme on est sur une colline et proche de la mer, il y a toujours un peu d'air qui permet de resister aux fortes chaleurs et la terrasse est bien ombragee avec une vigne !!! Ensuite la Clim fait le reste du travail !!

Les descriptions et les photos dans l'annonce sont exactes mais le lieu est encore plus magnifique en vrai.

Le seul bemol si je peux en trouver un, il ne faut pas avoir peur des montees et des descentes en voiture car il y a une pente de 300 m avec un fort denivelé quand vous quittez l'autoroute mais on s'y habitue !!!

si vous avez des questions n'hesitez pas mais c'est notre meilleur sejour et de loin.

Nous sommes ici de nouveau!!

Nous avons fait une deuxième fois pour ce bel endroit. Il y avait des nombreux lieux à visiter dans cette magnifique région de l'Espagne. A la maison, tout était parfait, et le jardin avait plus de fleurs que dans le temps précédent. Mais surtout, nous avons vraiment apprécié la piscine, le soleil et le beau temps. Le retour au travail, aux nuages et au froid étaient difficiles!!! Merci à Mathilde et Juan Carlos, et à bientôt.

Des vacances en famile

Le beau temps nous a permis de parcourir la campagne qui entoure la maison et le long des plages. Nous nous sommes reposés dans la famille: nous parlions, nous avons joué au tennis et cartes. Certainement un endroit idéal pour s'arrêter et rendre la vie un peu caractère familial, tranquille et profiter.
En outre Matilde nous a conseillé de bons plans pour visiter Malaga et ailleurs. Je vous conseille de churros au Café Madrid.
