Charming seaside chalet in front of the coastline (protected site, littoral conservatory).

Recently built. All modern conveniences. Peaceful and relaxing location. Wooden Chalet's interior, furnished with taste, very pleasant and warm setting. 500 m away from the sea. 800 m2 fenced grounds and location for boat.

Many activities: fishing from the shore, horse riding, hiking trails, mountain bike, sand yachting, tennis, you can go for a nice walk along the littoral and in St Germain's haven very near the chalet.

All shops 500 m away (restaurant, pizzeria, cabarets and minimarket) and the market in July and August.
Nearest Beach : St Germain sur ay at 500 Metres
Car: recommended

Sand yachting club in Bretteville-sur-Ay (5km). Near Jersey and Chausey: Sea transport connection to the islands from April to September. 95 km from the Mont Saint Michel, 60 km from the Landing Beaches. 60 km away from Cherbourg (The Cité de la mer and visit of the nuclear submarine the "Redoutable". You can cross the Tatihou island in St Vaast La Hougue.
