Rising from the white sands and overlooking the Mississippi Gulf Coast, our pastel-colored family owned condominium is reminiscent of the Caribbean. Our fully furnished condo has an open living room and kitchen/dining area with high ceilings, white crown molding, transom windows, ceiling fans and premium appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave, side by side refrigerator, utensils, lots of cabinet space and a kitchen island. There is a large flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room. The laundry room has a front loading washer and dryer. Tile floors throughout and carpet in bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and a double futon bunk bed. The second bathroom is between the 2 bedrooms. It is a smoke free condo and no pets.
The spacious 8 ft. by 24 ft. covered porch has views of the Gulf, is right by the swimming pool, has a large dining table and comfortable chairs to sit and enjoy the breezes. There are 2 ceiling fans on the porch. On the property is green space, swimming pool, club house and barbeque pavilion. Parking is provided.
Pass Christian is committed to protecting the ambiance of the community so high-rise condominiums and casinos are not permitted within city limits. Our condo complex has 1 month minimum rentals. 1515 E. Beach has a resident manager on the premises.
Nearby in Pass Christian, Bay St. Louis and Long Beach are quaint shops. A large discount department store is an easy walk away. Some of the best seafood you'll ever eat can be found at the docks and in the restaurants. 15-20 miles away in Gulfport and Biloxi you will find a Mall, outlet mall, casinos and more restaurants. New Orleans is an hour drive and Stennis Space Center is close by. You can bicycle/walk the length of the Mississippi coast from Pass Christian to Ocean Springs on the beach path and enjoy 26 miles of beach, public piers and marinas.
This is a perfect spot for people to come visit any time but especially for people trying to get away from extreme winters for 1-5 months.

This area is special to us because we started visiting as very young children and our parents before that. It is the peaceful area of the MS coast but not far from action if you want more. We enjoy the privately owned restaurants, farmer's markets, park, and scenic drive and shrimp boat marina/docks.
Great sunrise and sunset views at the beach. for us we love the peacefullness of Pass Christian yet close enough to New Orleans to spend days but not nights. If you enjoy going to Casinos they are available within a 20 minute drive. The porch is a wonderful way to start your day with coffee, a book and breezes and a view of the Gulf of Mexico.
Weather you are walking along the miles of white sand beach or strolling along the street of historical mansions, this property is perfectly located between the downtown of Pass Christian and Long Beach. The local fish market and numerous restaurants will cater to your every whim ,from fresh oysters and sea food to steak and prime rib. If you like shopping, the outlet stores in Gulfport are within easy access as are the antique shops in Bay St. Louis. If you feel lucky the casinos in Biloxi are minutes away. For a change of pace New Orleans is just over an hour away. The pastel coloured units are pristine and the grounds ,pool area and barbecues are immaculate. The unit itself is decorated with taste and charm . It is clean and has a look that makes you feel right at home. It has state of the art appliances and is well stocked for the days you decide to cook at home. There is a Walmart within easy walking distance to pick up any essentials you might need. The people in the area are friendly and helpful. This is what the saying " SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY" is all about. Linda was truly a gem. Her attention to detail to ensure a proper stay was wonderful. The WIFI service was a bit tenuous when we arrived. She had a company come and install a booster unit the very next day. She left notes and info about where to go and what to do in the area as well as info on appliances and such. She was such an accommodating host. I would recommend this property to ANYBODY who wants sun, beach ,dining, southern hospitality and an escape from the cold of the north.
