Fantastic views from this luxurious, privately owned newly renovated and beautifully presented SKOL front line corner apartment . Complete with two large balconies so you can enjoy the sun all day. With two full size pools and super gardens opening directly onto the promenade and beach this is one of the best locations in Marbella. A short stroll will bring you to the Old Town and Orange Square. We are surrounded by restaurants and bars making this is the ideal holiday apartment for the discerning traveller. Sorry no children under 12 years.

Well appointed and beautifully furnished it has Air con, TV, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, etc, we hope we have provided everything you will need but please do let us know if you have any special requirements we will do our best to oblige you.

We provide linen and towels, etc, but ask that you bring your own beach towels.

Come and enjoy the fabulous Marbella life: lazy sunny days, shopping, boat trips to Puerto Banus etc..

“ The Skol building in Marbella is situated right on the seafront and close to both the town centre and the beautiful Old Town. It has its own delightful sea facing gardens and swimming pools. The garden affords direct access to the waterfront promenade.



The accommodation in question is on the third floor, front, south east facing corner with balconies facing to the south and to the east, providing sunshine from the morning until sunset.



The apartment comprises a delightful living/dining area with breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven. There is also a double bedroom, with balcony, and bathroom with shower. The whole apartment is clean and tastefully appointed.



The location of the apartment gives easy access to a wide variety of excellent eating opportunities of almost every kind from beach cafes to restaurants and from tapas bars to pubs!



The variety of places to visit around Marbella is extensive, from coastal towns and resorts to the beautiful hillside white painted “pueblos”.



My wife and I have visited Marbella in the winter for the past three years and this is most definitely the best and most convenient location to which we shall undoubtedly return.”

WONDERFUL APARTMENT OVERLOOKING THE SEA

The view when you open the door to the appt is spectacular , all you see is the ocean. The location for beach ,restaurants and walking is second to none. The old town is a 10 minute stroll in the evening and the selection of restaurants was fantastic. The improved 3 mile walkway along the beach to puerto Bantus has lovely places for Lunch especially Cappuchino. Will definitely be making a return visit.

PERFECT GETAWAY!

This is the perfect apartment for two people. It's close to all the amenities, within walking distance of the old town and has the most amazing view. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived and obviously had just been painted. The furniture was modern and tasteful and everything was well-maintained. The owner provided us with excellent directions and the entire booking process couldn't have been easier. The staff on the front desk were helpful and pleasant and the building felt very safe at all times. We tried a number of restaurants which were excellent but kept going back to Da Brunos which is located just below our apartment. The food, atmosphere and staff were consistently first rate. All in all this is the ideal location for a great Winter break in Marbella.

I must agree with you about Da Bruno's restaurant who rent the ground floor of Skol . It is so handy to go down the 3 floors , lunch on the promenade facing the sea under their cheerful yellow umbrellas , dinner in their formal restaurant or Pasta and fish in the casual area.

A guests description says it all !

'This is one of the most sought after locations, on the beach front yet within a stroll of the Old Town, Orange Square, etc. In a quiet area with a Park and a selection of wonderful restaurants friendly bars you will be spoilt for choice.

The complex is right beside the sea and, while the beach can be busy, inside the sub tropical garden in Skol beside the adults only pool it was another world - so peaceful! There were plenty of people there on sun loungers reading, tanning etc. but it was quiet - no problem with having a nap!

Heading outside the garden gate brings you directly on to the promenade (its all that separates Skol from the sea) the restaurant and bar choices are endless. The old town is a leisurely stroll away and gives even more choices. Note: a car is in not necessary in fact it would be a hinderance really as parking spots seem to be like gold dust in Marbella. There's a ferry to Puerto Banus from Marbella marina (you can see it from the garden gate) and also the local bus service brings you up and down the coast if you want to go to see some of the other towns.)
