This detached house is located in a small unexploited local farm. Stara-Kapela is an eco friendly quaint village 5 km away with restaurant and circuit for hiking and mountain biking. This area has a lot of vineyards mainly on the wine road called ‘cave de Kutjevo' close to the natural park of 'Papuk' (circuits of hiking and mountain biking as well as summer pond 'Vélika'). Traditional feast at the beginning of August in Pleternica, (horse feast) and in mid-September in Pozega (parades and orchestra).
