House is on the Highline Canal, Denver's longest and prettiest bike-path. Furnished with a comfortable queen size futon, it's a cozy and fun space for one or two people (two max.)
The back door of the house is your private entrance to the garden-level apartment. The upstairs unit may or may not be rented during your stay, so the deck and yard are for your use only if the upstairs is vacant... please ask if this is unclear.
If I am around the house at all, I'd be working on the yard or in the garage. In the summer I live mostly in the mountains and travel a lot.
Smoking (whatever you're smoking :-) needs to be outdoors away from the house. There is a designated area with chairs and tables out back by the driveway.
Although within the city of Denver, there's a giant backyard and deck area in a quiet and lush neighborhood with giant oaks and maple trees. It backs to the Highline Canal, which in turn connects to the famous Cherry Creek bike path system and Cherry Creek state park. Walkers, bicyclists, skaters and runners love this place! Shady all summer long in our famous 300 days of Denver sunshine.
Bus is 3 mins walk, light rail is 5 mins bike.
PLEASE NOTE: to inquire use the calendar/reservation (no payment needed to check dates and send an email) system online; but my voice-mail is rarely checked till late night. Most questions are answered by reading the full posting carefully, it is exactly as stated (and no, the garden level is available for more than 2 guests :-) Otherwise, please ask anything online and I promise a quick response. Thanks!

Super cool neighborhood, unique yard, creek-path right out the door, great space to hang out.
proximity to DTC, downtown, Cherry Creek State Park and Lake, light-rail, privacy, host that knows a LOT about Denver/Colorado vacationing - ask anything! (420 friendly)
Kyle and his girlfriend were my first guests for the (smaller) downstairs unit. There were no problems at all; they were gracious and helpful while here. The place was neat and tidy when the cleaning crew came in. Thanks!
