La Bergerie (The Sheepfold), 100 m², completely renovated, is located in a 14ha property, 5ha being meadows. It is crossed by a river all year long.

From the shaded terrace, and not overlooked, you will not see but the trees along the river. The XIX th century farmhouse, where the owners live, is the only thing nearby. No roads, no traffic, but shops less than 10 min away on foot!

The Farmhouse and its Sheepfold are in a protected and privileged environment.

The 12 X 5.5m swimming pool, far from the house to avoid nuisances, is shared only with the owners. No other tenancy on the estate. The 120m² of exotic wooden beach will permit you to sunbath as long as you wish. Water is processed with salt, its temperature is around 26 -28 degrees.

The last sun shines heat the terrace and the house through the west exposure of The Sheepfold.

Between the Provence Verte and the Haut Var, the gite's location allows to go on a trip to the Gorges du Verdon, the Thoronet Abbey, Sainte Croix's lake and the tipical villages from Haute Provence and their markets. Tourtour, Entrecasteaux, Sillans la Cascade, Cotignac, Barjols, Aups, Villecroze and, of course, Salernes and its world famous ceramics from Antiquity.

It is even possible to spend a day in Saint-Tropez or on Saint-Maxime or Fréjus-Saint-Raphaël's beaches which are 50km away at most! You can even go and see fireworks festival or go shopping during the sales in Cannes (1h away from The Sheepfold)!

  • Rates are for the whole accommodation and for the maximum number of people.
    Rates include the rental of linen, bath towels (but not the beach towels). Electricity is not included but seldom is more than 10 Euro per week unless intensive use of air conditioning (which generally is not necessary since the sheepfold is well isolated from the heat).
    30 percent down payment is required upon booking. Payment by bank transfer or by cheque (to a French bank). Credit cards are not accepted. The security deposit, 150 Euro, required upon arrival, after the check-in inventory, and will be given back after the check-out inventory provided no incident is noticed and as long as cleaning is properly done.
  • Non-contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: €200.00

  • The bathroom has 2 bowl sinks, in order to avoid waiting, and a bath +shower to meet everyone's desires in the family. Its Salernes' tiles produce a particular lightning. The toilets are in a separate room from the bathroom.

  • The 2 bedrooms are spacious and carefully decorated. The main bedroom has a 160cm bed, a living room and a fireplace which looks onto some olive trees. The children's bedroom, on the side of The Sheepfold, has three 90 cm beds and is big enough for them to chill out without disturbing their parents. Many storage places are at your disposal. Real living space, you will have the opportunity to nap when it is hot during the day without being disturbed. Their natural coolness can be increased by using good air-conditioners. Also, you will enjoy our new and high-quality bedding.
