2nd floor apartment on the prestigious Domain du Grand Duc. Apartment is part of a small, private development of only 50 apartments with lift and secure underground parking. The main building is protected by a video entry phone system. Lovely, shared pool with sunbathing area and security railings to protect children. Three double bedrooms with extensive wardrobe space including one large bathroom and two luxurious shower rooms. Fully equipped kitchen plus light, airy lounge and dining area. Large, furnished balcony offering magnificent views extending over the hills and sea.

We have recently set up a new Tv system to offer multi channels including UK entertainment and sports/news channels ./

Golf and Skiing: There are many high-quality golf courses within 20-30 minutes of the apartment. There are a total of 12 ski resorts within two hours. Hiking, mountaineering, horse back riding are all within 45 minutes away. The apartment has a table tennis table, bats & balls and there are tennis courts & a gym at the central domain swimming pool.

Beautiful apartment and a great base!

I have stayed at Norma's apartment on several occasions and continue to return as its a fabulous place to relax and chill out ( amazing views ) and then only 10 minutes quick drive to the beach. The whole apartment is totally immaculate and beautifully decorated, you can see someone has really thought through all the finishing touches. I love the fact that the kitchen is well equipped for a quiet supper on the balcony but also the local eateries are literally 5 minutes drive away in the car. My top tip is to head to Saint Tropez on Tuesday's, where there is a fabulous market and you are only a 40 minute drive to St Maxim where you can pick up the ferry for a 10 minute cruise that drops you right in the heart of the harbour! I will be looking forward to my next trip back in July, for some guaranteed sunshine!!

A PIECE OF HEAVEN

Norma's apartment is a piece of heaven that has become my sanctuary....I have escaped here many times and across all seasons, both with family and friends.....I am lucky to have travelled quite extensively but my most cherished memories were created here.

From the moment you enter you are transported to a different world, daylight floods into every spacious room, the colour palette is an extension of the breathtaking view of the ocean and mountains seen from the veranda that wraps around the apartment. I could easily spend every day sitting there, eating locally bought croissants and a jug of coffee for breakfast in the morning sunlight, right through to the evening with a chilled glass of rose wine watching the spectacular sunset as it melts into the ocean.....

Days can be filled discovering the glorious local beaches, hopping on a ferry to shop in St Tropez, sampling the intoxicating perfumes in nearby Grasse, partying under the stars in one of the many clubs in Cannes or simply savouring the local restaurants and bars....a holiday here can be anything you want it to be...

I can't recommend Norma's apartment highly enough and everything you could possibly need is right there, once you turn the key the rest of the world disappears and you enjoy your own piece of heaven.

Fabulous apartment with stunning views

We stayed at Norma's wonderful apartment at the beginning of August 2014. After a long tiring drive through France, it was an absolute joy to arrive at such fabulous accommodation. The views from the balcony are spectacular. We loved sitting outside with a coffee in the mornings. The apartment was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The communal pool was lovely & quiet with plenty of sun loungers. We travelled to Cannes, which is only about 20 minutes away. Monaco is a must! Unfortunately, our week flew by far too quickly! Amelie was very welcoming when we arrived & was only a phone call away if we had needed her. Thank you Norma for allowing us to stay at your truly wonderful apartment.

Fabulous holiday

I stayed here in August 2010 with my wife and 2 children (ages 10 and 6). The apartment was fabulous; a wonderful retreat at the end of tiring days touring the Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and Nice areas, which were all within reach by car. We also managed the village of Gourdon and even a summer visit to the ski resort at Isola 2000 from this apartment. I would have been happy, however, spending lazy days in such a relaxing location with fabulous views from the huge balcony. A car is necessary (as advertised). It was a beautiful drive down the hill at the beginning of the day and just as pleasant to drive back to this apartment at the end. A truly wonderful area of the world to visit and explore and this was all the better for the fantastic accommodation and service provided. Many thanks.

Memorable stay in a wonderful apartment

We stayed at Norma's wonderful apartment in May during the Cannes film festival. I cannot praise the apartment highly enough. It is extremely spacious, with a fantastic balcony which has a view to die for. The photos probably don't do justice to the apartment. There are 3 very spacious bedrooms, which are all en-suite, and the living and dining room are very well furnished. The location is up in the hills and you do need a car, but it is well worth it for the stunning view and peaceful setting. The location is also well situated for visiting cannes, antibes, monaco, st tropez and the rest. This is simply a beautiful and glamorous part of the world, which should not be missed. I would recommend anyone to stay at this beautiful apartment, and I would also like to place on record my thanks to Norma and Amelie for all their help and excellent arrangements.

Awesome Apartment, Quality Location!

We stayed here during Christmas & New Year 2009/2010 and I must say we were 'over-the-moon' with the location and service we received.

The apartment is part of a high quality gated community at the the top of a hill around 2-3km from the centre of Mandelieu. This high location gives great views over the bay and access to some stunning walks.

The apartment is appointed with fittings to the highest quality and you feel like you have joined the 'Jet Set'!

Norma made the whole booking process painless and her local contacts were great.

Although we were in Mandelieu 'out of season', there is loads to do and Cannes is only a short drive away. Mandelieu is a great little location to explore the Cote D'Azur and Provence countryside.

We hope to visit this area again in Spring or Autumn some time when we can really appreciate the Mild climate of the Cote D'Azur - we will definitely use Norma's apartment as our base.
