Half a block from the 16th St Mall, you can walk to everything Downtown Denver has to offer - restaurants, Union Station, Convention Center, Museums, Coors Field, Larimer Square, the Light rail, Pepsi Center and the Cherry Creek Bike Path is half a block away.

This loft is fully furnished with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It has cable, wifi, washer/dryer and 1 garage parking spot (a rare find in Denver). This loft has an open floor plan with a state of the art kitchen, two full bathrooms and an amazing private outdoor patio.

Whether you are here for business or leisure, this is the perfect spot to enjoy everything Denver has to offer.

C&V Rentals is a small family owned business with 6 properties in Atlanta (my birth place), 1 in Boulder and am finally expanding into Denver; my home. Our family has been in the wine industry for over 50 years and we own a local wine & spirits distributing company (Estate Brands), . The location was perfect for hitting the ball game or a night on the town. The condo was nice, and exactly as described. It sleeps 4-5 comfortably, although 6 adults is a bit of a tight squeeze. Management was very easy to deal with and very accommodating. I'd rebook in a heartbeat.

Awesome condo

Location is terrific and easy to drive to/park. Once we arrived, we walked everywhere, very close to LoDo activities. In addition to restaurants and shopping, also walking distance to all of the stadiums. Condo is every bit as nice as photos indicate and outdoor space is bonus. Beds were extremely comfortable, true vacation experience.

Britney was a pleasure to rent from and owning a wine wholesaler, knew and provided great list of restaurant choices in the area. Also arranged for us to purchase a case of wine at wholesale prices which we certainly enjoyed. Very easy to connect with prior to our trip to discuss details, accessible on the weekend to discuss early check-in (arrived earlier than we expected), and accommodated our requests where possible.

Great trip and will certainly book from Brittany again on our next trip to Denver.

Great stay

Loved everything about this place! Brittany was wonderful to work with and she made our stay so easy and also gave great restaurant tips. Loved Cholon (soup dumplings!), everything on Larimer Square and Illegal Petes for a late night snack. Do brunch at Bistro Vendome and ask for Anthony. Condo was clean, comfortable and loved their deck. Views aren't spectacular, but the deck truly is! We walked everywhere. The car was a total waste of money. If we ever come back we would definitely rent again.
