  Check deposit of 400 euros payable on arrival, will not be cashed and will be delivered by mail within 10 days after departure. Everything is clearly stipulated in the contract.
  
  For foreign tourists:
  Germany: Deposit of 400 euros by check only to ask your bank, you will be given by mail within 10 days after departure. Everything is clearly stipulated in the contract.
  Other non-EC countries: deposit of 400 euros to be paid on arrival in cash, will be given to your departure.
  
  Cleaning deposit check for 40 euros 2 possibilities:
  1) cleaning to do at the end of the stay, all cleaning products are provided ....
  2) You do not want to do .... specify when you arrive, the check will be cashed.
  For a matter of respect, the minimum must still be done!
• The cottage 'AnHeol' is a two hour car ride from the ports of St Malo and Roscoff and about 6 hours to travel by car ports of Caen and Cherbourg. If you are traveling through the tunnel: about eleven hours from Calais.
  
  Lorient airport is about half an hour away. That of Rennes and Nantes is about an hour and a half by car.
  Car rental is available at all airports. The owners recommend that visitors use a car to explore the area.
  
  All equipment for the reception of babies are provided free of charge: cot, high chair, safety gate to the stairs, bath and changing table.
  
  Arrival in the house on Saturday from 17 hours ... starting 10 hours.
  Arrival in the house negotiable depending on periods.
