2 bedrooms apartment of 70 sqm, very bright, South-oriented, terrace, living room and kitchen, sunny all day long. Large terrace on the whole width of the apartment and sea view. Located in a quiet district These 2 bedrooms are at the back, so there are no noises. Garden-solarium with south oriented swimming pool, opened from the beginning of June to the end of October. Easy parking in front and around the residence. The living room has air-conditioning during summer and heating heat pump for the few fresh nights, a sofa-bed for 2 additional persons, so total sleeping capacity of up to 6 persons. Satellite television, French, English, German, and Spanish. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave with a grill, an electric coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. Also for your comfort, an ironing board and an iron, a sun umbrella for the beach and a table and chairs for the aperitif on the terrace.

Apartment with nice sea view of the Costa del Sol, in the pretty white village of Nerja, near the nicest beach of the 'Burriana Beach' which caves have been inhabited during the prehistoric period. It became a nice village with the European Balcony perched above the sea and its little alleyways and nice restaurants in the old town. Strategic location for whom wants to visit the big towns of Andalusia, Sevilla, Cordoba and its cathedral mosque, the Alhambra Palace of Grenada, the winter sports station of Sierra Nevada, Malaga and its Picasso Museum, Ronda, Gibraltar, Marbella, Tarifa and its windsurf beaches, the small white villages in the hinterlands, all one-day excursions. Located 55 km from the international airport of Malaga or from its train station. Arrival by the Autoroute du Soleil - Autovia de Andalucia A7, exits 292 or 295.

  • For the winter period from November 2011 to March 2012, the night has a price of € 16.5 to € 21 for a duration of 1 month minimum.

    Digressive rate depending on the length of the stay for several weeks (except in very high season). The price included the swimming pool access (in season). The booking is made by e-mail confirmation and is effective after the payment of 30% by bank transfer or Western Union. Seasonal rental contract on request. You pay the balance for the high season (July and August), one month before arrival by bank transfer and for the rest of the year, in cash on your arrival upon handling of the keys. A rental guarantee of € 300 by European bank cheque or in cash is asked upon arrival will be handed back at the end of the stay after the inventory and statement of state of repair. If you leave outside the office hours, the cheque will be torn and you will be notified of it within the day. The security deposit will be transferred again in the shortest deadlines.
  • You will be welcomed by the owners. We welcome you personally so that your arrival and the on-site greeting are as warm as possible.
    We speak French, English, Spanish and Dutch.
    The final cleaning service is mandatory.
  • Non-contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: €200.00

This bedroom which also has a view on the rear garden boasts also mechanical shutters and curtains for the night and a large closet-wardrobe with coat hangers.
