D-5, ideal for 2 to 4 persons with a terrace where you may have dinner. With 2 bedrooms (one of Them separated by the living room with a curtain). From the kitchen-dinner area and living room you can see the sea. The villa where the apartment is located Has Been built in Andalusian style. Located in one of the best residential areas of Malaga city, at the east of Malaga with excellent views to the mountains and the sea. It is a quiet area surrounded by pine trees. There are parking places just outside. At 3.5 km from the historic city center. Only 300 m. away there is an area with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and shops. 900 m. away is the beach, Los Baños del Carmen, and 1,300 m. away is the seafront at Pedregalejo, area of restaurants and bars. Rental rates shown above are based on occupancy by 1-2 persons. For each additional person over 2, up to the maximum of 4 please add 20% per additional person to the nightly or weekly rate applicable to.

The Airport is 14 km. away. You can take a taxi that costs from 25 to 30 Euros. By bus until the terminal of the centre, and from the centre bus number 33 to Cerrado de Calderón. The train station, and interurban bus station are 5 km away, and a taxi from the apartment costs about 10 Euros. By your own transport, It depends on where you are coming from. Ask for further information. To get around the city a Bonobus at a very economical price is the solution.
