The apartment is part of a small private development of 24 apartments. The apartment is presented to a very high standard with hot and cold air conditioning, sky television, communal swimming pool, private and secure parking space. The apartment is south facing and in addition to enjoying fabulous sea views it also enjoys the sun from early morning to late evening.

Absolutely Fantastic

The description of this excellent apartment does not do it justice. The facilities are first class and the location is ideal just a ten minute stroll from everything you require.
We have stayed in the area on many holidays and this is by far the best accomodation we have been in. Avril and Pete make you most welcome and take the stress out of the travel from the airport and they explain everything you need to know about the complex and surrounding area.
All round a first rate holiday and will most definately return

Excellent in every way! :)

Having spent the past 6 years holidaying in the Costa Del Sol this apartment is one of the very best we have stayed in. Avril and Pete obviously take great pride in looking after this property for the owner Patricia and it was absolutely gleaming when we arrived on 7th August. There is nothing negative at all we could say about our stay in Vista Azul . The apartment was beautifully presented and spotless throughout. All appliances were in perfect working order, there were plenty of clean towels and bedding and the view from the balcony was stunning with a lovely table to eat alfresco and comfy chairs to relax in. This apartment is in an ideal location for everything – the beach is very easily reached on foot as is the centre of the town, train station, bus stop etc. The garden/pool area was so quiet some days it almost felt as if it was our own private space. If we return to Torremolinos next year we will most definitely be checking availability of this beautiful apartment before looking elsewhere. Many thanks to Patricia for having us to stay – your apartment in Vista Azul is amazing and Avril and Pete take such pride in looking after it for you.

Perfect Location, Top Quality, Fantastic views.

This is a really fantastic penthouse apartment in a perfect central location. The views are stunning & it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and so close to many amenities. It is so relaxing and the complex is extremely well managed & private. It is a very spacious apartment and extremely comfortable. The owner Patricia is really helpful and provided us with so many hints and tips about where to visit and recommended some excellent restaurants. The whole booking process was so easy and professional. From arrival Pete & Avril meet you (at a very reasonable extra cost) and transport you to the apartment thereby avoiding any hassle or stress at Malaga Airport. They are such a lovely couple and make you feel so welcome from the very start of your holiday. La Carihuela is a beautiful Spanish Village with excellent restaurants that are only a stroll away from the apartment.
We keep returning year after year due to the relaxed laid back environment and this exceptionally comfortable, secure & quiet apartment. We wholeheartedly recommend . Kim & Dermot.

I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough!

Family of four, 2 adult 2 children 6&7 years and we stayed for 9 nights. Patricia's photos do not do this apartment justice, it is spacious modern and very well equipped. It is a penthouse with a stunning view out over blue sea and we had a gentle breeze to cool us down. Towels and beach stuff are provided so saves on bag weight! The small and very secure apartment block has the general areas cleaned every day and the garden area around the pool is in top class condition. The pool is not huge but it was perfect for us, but it is deep starting at 1.2M so arm bands may be required. 5 minutes has you on what I think is the best beach between Malaga and Fuengirola (carihuela). There is a lovely feel to the area down by the beach which has a wide promenade running for several kilometres with shops bars and cafes. Behind this is a narrow street in a Spanish style again with shops, bars and restaurants. The area is not at all tacky which I was expecting the costa del sol to be. Lots of Spanish families and a friendly atmosphere. Eating out is cheap and the quality was generally good, Patricia will give you lots of recommendations just follow them and you won't go wrong. The main town is 15 minutes from the gate along the main road and is busy and entertaining at night. Taxis I found to be cheap and friendly and there is a very good bus and train system.
The apartment was quiet. There is a busy-ish road in front of the block but because you are up so high its not noticeable. No loud night clubs can be heard a night. A train line runs a bit behind the block but its electric so apart from a whooshing sound you would not notice (both kids slept like logs the whole time and had to have train pointed out to them).
Its a fantastic apartment in a great location with a family friendly local atmosphere just book it already :-)

Does just what it says on the tin.

The whole process of arranging this rental, and the final experience, were first rate. The owner (Patricia) gave very clear joining instruction in respect of keys, access, and services etc, and also provided detailed information on the area which enabled us to get the most from the holiday. The apartment is modern and clean with all required facilities. The kitchen has the facilities for cooking if you wished to eat in. The balcony is high enough to give a great sea view. The location is only a short walk from the bustle of central Torremolinos, but is in a quiet area, and is very private. The neighbours who were around at the time of our stay were very civilised.
A very short walk from the apartment is a local cafe which offers great food and grog at very low prices. We tended to start and finish our day there.
All in all the holiday was a great experience, a lovely apartment in a lovely resort. We will be returning.

Great place to stay!!

I would highly recommend this property. It is very centrally located - 5 mins from the beach, restaurants, bars and most importantly its only 15 mins from the airport. A lovely couple Avril and Pete picked me up from the airport and showed me into the apartment and all its workings. The view from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking and really relaxing both in the evening and the morning. The property itself is very well mantained and very clean. There is also a book there with excellent reviews on restaurants, bars, shops etc... everything you need to know about the area.
I cant wait to book my next trip!!
